An excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of, especially thanks to Lidia, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her care made the visit even more special. The food was incredibly delicious, everything arrived perfectly cooked and with a very thoughtful presentation. You can tell the quality of the ingredients and the love put into the preparation.

We ordered a pitcher of Agua de Valencia and a turrón cake. The drink was perfectly balanced and very refreshing, while the cake was a creamy delight with just the right turrón flavor. The place has charm, and the service was friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Altea, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The food was a disaster. The frozen items tasted cheap and careless. The "bread with salmon" was a joke - cheap bread, poorly presented, and outrageously overpriced. Definitely a tourist trap! The service was even worse: a young man in red shoes was rude and unprofessional. When we complained, he just snapped "Chill!" - completely unacceptable. Conclusion: terrible food, bad service, overpriced. Absolutely not worth it!

The service was excellent, the tapas were fantastic, and we loved the hospitality. It was a beautiful day for a stroll, and Altea always has its charm, whether it's summer or winter. Highly recommended! Altea is magical, and everything there is too; it's a charming village, and the streets are always bustling with people. It's wonderful to walk around there.

We didn’t like it. I don’t really understand how this has gotten good reviews ? I’ve been to countless restaurants in Spain. The food here isn’t authentic, my patatas bravas were just some potatoes with a side of ketchup and mayo ? The toast was bland and badly put together. The waffle tasted like store bought and very heavy, we couldn’t finish it. The waiter was kinda rude too. I don’t know if they do this on purpose because they hate tourists but nonetheless, no professionalism.

Cozy little spot on the square by the church in Altea’s old town. Great tapas and very friendly service. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the historic surroundings.

We went for the llesquetas which were really good. I had the tradizionale with ham and my girlfriend had the salmon one. Altea was very busy on that Saturday and all the other posh restaurants were fully booked so we ended up in this restaurant in front of the church. I usually try to avoid this touristic places because service tends to be rude and food poor quality. However, this place was different and i believe it does not deserves its current rating so i am going to award them 5 stars.
