A magical place that makes you feel at home the moment you sit at the table. The Norwegian waiter was incredibly friendly and kind, and the rest of the staff were attentive throughout our visit. We enjoyed a gourmet salad, sea bream, and I must highlight the Norwegian cod, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place; both Córdoba and Madrid left completely satisfied.

In August 22, the service from the staff was spectacular. A charming Norwegian waiter. The dishes were well presented, elaborately prepared, and very good, with sufficient portions, and the terrace was phenomenal. We decided to return, which we did in August 23; the staff remains special in this cozy restaurant and the food is delicious. The cod and salmon were top-notch. And we will return in August 2025 with the same feelings. Everything was spectacular, and the service even more so.

An excellent choice for dinner in Altea. The food is very tasty, a mix of Norwegian and Spanish cuisine. The owner is very attentive and pleasant, just like the waiters.

We were in Altea for a wedding, the first week in June. We wanted to organise day-before drinks for about 50 people on Casa Vital’s wonderful terrace. Age Folkestad, the owner, was super helpful and his staff were all absolutely amazing. They pulled out all the stops and we all had a wonderful afternoon. About 20 of us also stayed on for dinner which was also fantastic. Thank you so much, you are an excellent team, hospitality at its best. Highly recommended.

THE BEST PLACE IN ALTEA TO EAT/DINE. We felt very comfortable and ate like kings. We ordered a bottle of blue sparkling wine, and although it seems like a lot, it pairs wonderfully with dinner. The waiter who served us was not only nice but also super friendly and pleasant, a vital trait in the hospitality industry. The food was literally top-notch. Our big discovery was the dates with bacon and almonds. Wow. 😳 We were impressed by the combination of flavors and how delicious they were. A true delight. We are thrilled with this place, I will recommend it to my acquaintances, and I hope to be able to return.

My wife and dropped in here yesterday for lunch, what a great location looking out over the sea. Well worth the uphill walk to get here. The two gentlemen waiters were superb, absolutely first class service. We both had salads, my wife said hers would had been perfect (for her) if they hadn’t used Frisée lettuce, she would have preferred mesclun lettuce, a very minor point I would say. Highly recommend this…

What an amazing location. The food and service were equally amazing. Perfect to celebrate my birthday and last night in Spain. We will treasure the experience for a long time. Highly recommend and done on the terrace - the views are stunning.

We had an amazing evening at Casa Vital! Age is the sweetest person ever, as we stayed in the AirBNB above the restaurant and decided to grab dinner downstairs one evening. The atmosphere was amazing, as the terrace has one of the best views in the entire city. The food was well priced for the amazing quality and the wine was some of the best I’ve had throughout my past 4 months in Europe. The Spaghetti Roquefort was absolutely delicious and some of the best pasta I’ve had. Overall, this was one of the best dine out experiences I’ve had in Europe and Casa Vital will be on my list of places to definitely return to!

We were invited to dinner, and were seated outside, with beautiful view. After a while it became a little cool, so the waiters brought us carpets. The starters/tapas dishes were delicious, the entrecôte was perfect, and so was the tiramisu 🤩 The location of this restaurant is wonderful, placed in the old town of Altea. We will definitely come back!
