It looks nice in the photos, but the reality was a letdown... All the furniture looks very worn out, and the beds and mattresses need to be renewed. As for the dining room, it’s too small for so many guests, and you have to queue to get in. In the common areas, there are very few seats; we couldn’t sit down, and as for the loungers... I didn’t count them, but there were very, very few. The spa is very basic. I don’t think this hotel deserves 4 stars, but rather less.

Overall, we enjoyed the experience; unfortunately, we coincided with some sports teams that slightly overloaded the service in the dining room. There is a medium variety of food at the buffet. The staff was very nice, especially a shorter, darker-haired waiter who was very friendly and funny! The chill-out areas and the pool are beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the spa; we wished we had! It’s a good option for a getaway with good value for money.

During my stay last weekend, the room did not meet expectations. I found cobwebs, and overall, the condition and presentation did not match the photographs shown on your website, which gave me a sense of lack of cleanliness and care. Additionally, I used the spa service and believe that the price is high for the quality offered. The water in the jacuzzi was cold, practically the same temperature as the pool, so I could not enjoy the advertised experience. I share these comments with a constructive spirit, as I chose your hotel based on good references and would like you to review these aspects to improve service for future guests. I would appreciate a response or some solution regarding this.

The facilities are decent; it's true that some things could use some renovations, but overall they are quite good. The bar area is very nice, cozy, and there are shows in the evenings. The rooms are very clean. The spa is not bad, although when we went, several things were out of service. The hotel is well located, the views are very beautiful, we went in the off-season and were able to park right at the door. You can walk to the beach with a short stroll. The worst part of our stay was the buffet; I don't know if the quality is lower in the off-season than in summer, but certainly both the variety and quality of the food do not match a 4-star hotel. Almost everything was frozen, freshly fried, with little or no flavor and very little variety of food, which is really a shame because otherwise, the hotel does quite well in terms of value for money. I think the kitchen is something they should reconsider. As for the staff, everyone who served us was very friendly, especially the waiters at the bar. It's a pity that the food doesn't match the standard of the other facilities.

For a quiet weekend like mine, it's perfect. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to everything, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel bar is also very good, and the waiters are very attentive. The buffet food is very good and varied. What we didn't like was the Spa; the water was cold, half of the things were out of service, and the changing room lacked heating (this can be improved). The few jets that worked saved the moment. Just a few minutes from the beach and supermarkets. Shops for shopping. A very good experience.

Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok. As it's the festiveholiday period, there were lots of families and children running about in the bar, so it wasn't too relaxing. The check in was quick and easy, the room was on the same level as the reception, it was spacious, had all amenities you require apart from a kettle. The bes was very large and comfortable, great views of Albir and Altea from the balcony. Plus the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast had plenty of choice and overall was very good. The only negative was that the fried eggs were not runny, more like an hard boiled egg, other than that, a very enjoyable breakfast

Tired hotel with rooms and facilities all in need of an update. The only thing that seems to be worked on is the crazy number of laminated signs warning guests not to reserve sunbeds or move towels or dry towels. Even the drinks menu is laminated and taped to the bar... The spa could be nice but several items not working and the rest in a shoddy state of repair. The buffet lunch and breakfast are also poor quality and not enough tables or staff to cater for the number of guests and passes sold.

Genuinely dissapointed. For a hotel that's in the hospitality industry, its staff are poorly trained and have close to zero customer service skills. They absolutely do not care about guest experience. This is indicated by the complete lack of engagement in any of these reviews. Its a 2.5 star at best..definately not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are dated, fridge doesn't work properly, food is poor and internet intermittent. Location is a good walk out of town so if you don't have great mobility it's an issue.The hotel has so much potential to be amazing but the staff have certainly put a damper on it. Also many guests have been so noisy in the outdoor spaces way into the early hours where it's not policed by staff to usher them indoors so it's left for guests to raise these issues which don't get dealt with anyway. Reached out to the hotel prior to arriving with a few questions and requests to be completely ignored by them. Albir itself is lovely but that's the last time I stay in this hotel. The hotel itself won't give a damn but for anyone reading this... Take heed

We stayed here over the August Bank holiday and was extremely impressed for the value for money considering the summer holidays. Very nice facilities, We had a clean room with a powerful shower, working aircon and great view down to the swimming pool, staff friendly and always happy when serving you, noticed some of the prices for food were abit on the high side....but we still ordered when we wanted, Th morning breakfast always had good variety too. Location was perfect, in short walking distance from everything you could need, Cheap supermarket, local restaurants with loads of food options if your fussy! Fully expected the Long hill on return to the hotel so I wont complain about that as if you do your research it shouldn't put you off, Was always made easier with an ice cream on the journey back up. :D Overall we would definetly stay back here again!!!

Lovely beautifully presented hotel with large spacious rooms and a good selection for food available to half board residents. The staff were also extremely friendly and kind to us, speaking fluent English and Spanish. They helped us order taxis, get new room keys when they deactivated and were just generally nice. The poolside bar was a nice touch too, although it was hard getting a subbed in the morning! The hotel itself is very close to the beach and Albir strip. I would re commend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area as it was very good value for money and contributed to our fantastic stay in spain.
