Love this place. Very clean. Perfect location. It is a small apartment with a beautiful terrace. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I will go back.

I attended a wedding and I want to thank the waitress who took care of our table, Ana Belén Parra. She was incredibly professional, attentive to everything, and always had a smile. We enjoyed a wonderful massage. The problem arose when one of the staff members spoke to me very rudely to close the business (it seems they closed at 6 PM, but we finished the massage at that time), leaving me only 5 minutes to shower and even rushing me in an unpleasant manner. It frustrates me because I've been coming here for years and we love this place. What bothered me the most was the impolite way she addressed me. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

We stayed for 3 weeks in January half board in room 524 which is the Junior Suite. The hotel is impressive and all staff friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The evening meal was a bit disappointing, in particular the main courses which were repetitive and not really apertising. Certainly room for improvement. The bar was very quiet but the whole hotel was reduced in numbers because many rooms were being refurbished. Evening entertainment once a week but not a problem for us. Our suite was very spacious with a large lounge, same size bedroom with wonderful comfy bed and a good sized bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Two TVs with English channels. Cleaners came in daily. There are two balconies both facing the pool area and mountains but unfortunately they get no sun at this time of year. We had a particular issue in that there is a locked link door in the lounge to a bedroom nextdoor. We were unaware of this but assumed the second bedroom would remain unoccupied during our stay. The problem being that it was a badly fitted door with a large gap underneath so our privacy and sound proofing would be compromised. The hotel started to make arrangements to use this room but following our complaint to the hotel manager, he agreed to keep the room free during our stay and was true to his word. The hotel is in a good position and handy for everything including buses, tram, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, with a 15 mins walk to the beach. We would happily return.

The rooms where beautiful, cleaner made the bed every day. The restaurant was lovely too, lots of options for breakfast including procesco 😂 staff were friendly. I loved the location. Lots around you but not to busy. I would definitely return

We visited the spa for a massage, and we had been there years ago for a wedding, which is why I rate the rooms a 3 since I haven't seen them. The spa is spacious and well-organized, though the changing rooms are a bit small. The atmosphere during the massage was amazing. The hotel isn't right by the beach for carrying gear, but it's within walking distance and close to shops.

Stayed here for Christmas. The food was lovely and the restaurant staff very nice. The Hotel was very cold and we had to ask for the heating to be turned up. Most people sitting in the bar with their coats on totally unacceptable. No entertainment whatsoever over the Christmas period. There was 8 of us and we booked Christmas away for entertainment. The room was ok definitely needs updating. The bathroom had a bath in it but it was so high difficult to get in or out. Sadly no return for any of us.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. However, there are some oversights that need to be addressed. For instance, when we arrived, the room we had booked for three adults was only prepared for two. This was resolved immediately after we brought it up. Additionally, we found notes on our car in the garage for both days, stating that the vehicle wasn't registered with the hotel, even though it was and had been paid for upon our arrival, along with the room. And it was a bit off-putting to have a receptionist chewing gum while assisting us. Other than that, everything was fine, nothing more to add. The buffet breakfast was average but offered a decent variety.

On September 27th, we celebrated our wedding at the hotel, and we have no words to express how happy and grateful we are to the entire hotel team. Our wedding was simply perfect, and much of that is thanks to Julián and Mirian, who are wonderful and have been 100% involved from the very beginning. Julián, the maître, was attentive to absolutely everything. He adapted the menu to all the allergies among the guests with exceptional attention and professionalism, and he also invited us to try other dishes to ensure we were completely convinced, as we had doubts about the menu choice. In the end, everything was spectacular, the chosen menu and all the variations for allergens and intolerances, all the guests were amazed by the quality and how good everything was. A big shoutout to the head chef and the entire team. It’s a pity they don’t have restaurant service to enjoy those dishes more often 🥲 Mirian, the event organizer, was an absolute delight throughout the process, and we were lucky to have her. Always attentive, approachable, with a smile and ready to help at all times, she was there at every event to show us photos or give us ideas. The hotel is so lucky to have her; she makes the whole process much easier and more special with her involvement and care. Without a doubt, we would do it all over again a thousand times. Congratulations to the hotel director for having such essential people on their team; without them, this wouldn’t be possible. Thank you all once again for making our day unforgettable.

Such a lovely place with genuinely friendly people, delicious food at the buffet and beautiful surroundings. We’ve been to this area before, but this stay felt really special as it was our first time at this hotel. With two little ones, we always look for somewhere the whole family can enjoy, and thanks to the two brilliant entertainers our children had the best time playing with them and the other kids. A wonderful experience – we’ll be more than happy to return next summer xx
