A perfect experience! A cozy attic room with everything needed for a top-notch stay. Having the terrace right next door was a great bonus. We will definitely return. Very good location, with parking nearby and excellent service.

This hotel is pure charm from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details everywhere that make it feel both cozy and special. A comfortable and excellent place. I highly recommend dealing with them. Not only because it is comfortable, but because of its kind and humane manager. I was on a trip to the city of Altea, and I had booked a hotel there. Unfortunately, the hotel closed before the end of the check-in time and did not respond to my phone calls. Instead, they answered and spoke to me in Spanish in a rude manner, then hung up the phone on me. I was forced to call the police and wait for more than an hour and a half in the street, and it was raining heavily. I then started looking for an available hotel and couldn’t find any, until I found Moona Hotel, and thank God 🤍 The manager responded to me by phone and helped me with all the online steps. She came from her home after midnight, which was her sleeping time, opened the door for me, and was responsive on WhatsApp to any questions. She was one of the most wonderful people I met there, because of her humanity and cooperation before being just a hotel manager. Thank you for your kindness and your good heart 🤍 I highly, highly recommend this beautiful place 🤍🤍

We made a reservation that we had to change because we couldn't attend. They kindly accommodated us, although there were a few inconveniences on their part and we had to pay a fee. Later, we had to cancel the second reservation due to work commitments that made it impossible for us to travel. We informed them more than the 7-day notice they require for a free cancellation, yet they refuse to refund us the amount paid and 'threaten' to charge us another hundred that was pending for our next stay. It's quite shabby to have to fight for our own money when we clearly met the cancellation deadline set by the hostel. Obviously, this issue has been reported to Consumer Services, and after experiencing this and reading the reviews... we understand everything that has happened. I think it's incredibly unprofessional, and for the sake of a few euros, I wonder where they want to take this... unbelievable.

This apart-hotel is incredibly cozy, charming, and perfectly located. We were initially concerned about noise from the main road, but it turned out to be completely quiet. The views are lovely, both from the room and the well-equipped communal terrace. A special mention goes to the service, particularly to Lola, who was delightful with us and our daughter. I highly recommend it.

A very cozy and charming place, and Lola is a sweetheart. We stayed in the Faro room, which is a lovely attic with a lot of character. The view of the sea from the terrace is delightful. It's close to everything. I was really happy to be able to bring my furry friend since it's pet-friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

We stayed here for about 4 days and everything was fantastic: the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast consisted of fresh items, and the bathroom had everything you needed. The location of the hostel is unbeatable, and the service from the staff was excellent as well. Additionally, you hardly notice the neighbors. A solid 10 out of 10, highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Honestly can not fault it. Perfect location by the beach but close to town for restaurants and bars. Tastefully decorated, large living area and bathroom with all amenities provided. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked a treat. Great value for money. Will be back.

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, super location and the staff were so friendly even leaving sweets and biscuits on arrival. Locates just next to old town so very easy but super quiet too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great little hotel in a brilliant location for exploring the old town and strolling along the promenade enjoying all the lovely bars and restaurants. Nearby parking at the train station (free) was very handy. The room was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable with lovely toiletries. The booking process was easy with plenty of contact and information throughout. Would definitely book again.
