Beautiful hotel with lovely clean rooms. We enjoyed sauna facilities, Yuriii was very helpful and friendly. great location for train station if you want to venture out as there isn't a great deal around and not much open at this time of year (February) Disappointed with the massage deal as we all booked massage. I went to see lady asking for prices, deal was 45 euros and the use of spa. When I had my massage I was asked for a further 22 euros when I queried this, I was told I had a 45 minute massage, the deal was for 25 minutes. This wasn't made clear.

Perfect place, very spacious rooms, picturesque views, very clean, the attention from the staff is magnificent. It was our wedding and thay had this detail with us which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!!!!

The experience at the Cap Negret hotel was very positive. I hope to return in the summer to enjoy the pool! The room we had had a sea view, it was large with a small terrace, and the bathroom was also spacious. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful, the spa is a bit lacking but has everything necessary. The massage area is very good, the two women gave us great massages. I didn't find the dinner very complete, but there were many options. The breakfast, on the other hand, seemed much more complete to me. Regarding the location, it's just 5 minutes from the village of Altea, you can walk there without any problem. It's a good hotel, we will return.

Everything was without any problems, the room was clean and comfortable. Great food and a pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. I really appreciate the helpful approach of the staff. Especially Anna, she helped me solve a lot of things and was always very nice

We have just returned from a 3 day break and have nothing but praise for the staff. We were always greeted with a smile whenever we saw staff in the hotel. They also seemed to have great relationships within the team. Whike we were there it was my birthday. During the afternoon I was surprised with a large piece of chocolate cake and a card from all the staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the rest of the hotel. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the town but as we enjoy walking it wasn't a problem. There is a tram station just a short walk away. This was our fourth year at the hotel and will probably return again next year. I have no hesitation in recommending the Cap Negret.

The hotel is very well focused on sports tourism, especially cycling, but it is also suitable for those looking for an active and peaceful vacation. The facilities are adequate and well maintained; it is one of those hotels that truly justifies its four stars. It has outdoor parking as well as a garage, which is greatly appreciated. The pool area is well integrated and allows for easy access to the beach. Additionally, they often organize activities in the evenings, creating a pleasant atmosphere without being intrusive. Overall, it is an interesting and well-thought-out hotel, both for athletes and for those who want to stay in Altea with good amenities and a well-kept environment. It's a pity I couldn't visit the rooms, as I was just passing through. That's why I can't rate them.

We had a short stay, but it was so well-tuned that it felt like it was made just for us. From the very first moment, the attention was close and attentive. The room turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The sea views were lovely, and to top off our relaxation, we had a wonderful time at the spa. Finally, the food, which was very well-prepared and delicious, was the cherry on top. It was a wonderful and very serene getaway.

A wonderful hotel with an incredible location, just a few meters from the sea. The pool area and terraces are very well maintained. Everything was very clean. The food is spectacular; there was nothing that wasn't delicious, with a great variety and very high quality. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. There are activities and games. The only downside I can mention is that we went in December and felt a bit cold both in the room and in the common areas. It should have a double entrance door, as every time someone enters, a draft comes in, and the heating in the room was limited to a temperature that was too low. We definitely hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor areas.

Perfect stay at Hotel Cap Negret. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The location is unbeatable, ideal for heading out directly for bike routes. The restaurant's buffet is of good quality, and the replenishment is quick, which is appreciated. The hotel is equipped for both cyclists and athletes as well as for those who simply want to relax for a few days. And above all, I want to highlight the kindness and attention of the hotel team. Everything has been wonderful! So so happy that we found this place. There's nothing that I could think of that could be improved. Incredible views, beautiful beach, clean fair sized pool, lots of seating and sun loungers, great variety of very tasty food in the buffet. The rooms were clean bright and tidy and the staff were very attentive when it came to cleaning it. In fact the staff were all great - friendly, helpful and understanding. One member in particular stood out, Audrey. She had a great energy, was really fun and friendly and did an especially great job of providing a nice variety of entertainment in the evening - games, puzzles, darts, karaoke. Really wish we didn't have to leave, would love to come again!
