This beach has a somewhat abrupt access, with loose and slippery ground. There is little sandy area, most of it consists of large stones, but the location and the views are spectacular. The water is crystal clear and the waves are quite controlled since it's a bay. Looking out to sea, on the left we have Racó del Corb with a spectacular wall. There are several climbing routes of various lengths, but from the water, you can also do psicobloc. It depends on each person how high they want to climb, as the way back to the water is by jumping.

I didn't like it at all. The Maps took me to a high spot on the mountain, and going down was crazy. I saw a few people turn back. And I, stubborn as I am, went down the mountain... it took me almost an hour to reach the cove, with a few scratches from the bushes... NOT suitable for children, rather dangerous, and luckily I was prepared with sneakers. Then, on the way back, I realized that this was NOT the way. So if the Maps take you up towards the castle, DO NOT go up, that's not the way. Then I had to climb back up... oh my goodness. I did mountaineering. And then the cove was full of seaweed, not so peaceful, quite a lot of people and some smoking. The Cala del Moro, passing through Peñíscola, is a thousand times better. Clean, spacious, not many people, and you can park right by the cove. Let's go. Today I took it as a challenge, but I won't return to that cove again. What you see in the video is not the cove itself; I was at the top of the mountain, and from that point, you couldn't see anything.

Admission is free, but you have to book in advance via the online portal. Visitor numbers are restricted to a certain number each day. The climb is quite challenging and involves pulling yourself up using installed ropes/chains in certain sections. Appropriate footwear is essential. The views from the top are absolutely fantastic and well worth the effort.

A beautiful spot to be in. Wear proper shoes, the way to the beach is rocky and steep (down the hill). A nice place to freedive, the sea is full of beautiful fish and flora. There are also rocky spots around to explore. The only issue is that it's crowded, therefore it is hard to find an empty spot or a quiet space.

A very beautiful cove, perfect for enjoying snorkeling or any other water activity. Keep in mind the difficult access as it is a rocky descent. It is advisable to bring water shoes.

Unique mountain formation with a block formation pertruding out towards sea. We used kayak from the kayak club @Escuela Náutica Pailabot Portosenso. Took 1 hour of paddling.

This is a wild cove, with a challenging access due to the slope and the narrow path leading to it. Good footwear is definitely necessary. Once you arrive, you'll find a pebble cove with clear waters and plenty of posidonia. Just being able to swim up to the vertical walls of the Peñón de Toix is already worth it.

Incredibly beautiful spot. Wear the appropriate shoes and you won’t have too much trouble getting there. It’s a relatively short walk. The beach is more for enjoying the nature rather than swimming. Just very hard to do so with rocks. Also, it’s a more of a wild beach so expect some seaweed depending on the season, I assume. There are a few large rocks where you can hide in shade - if no one else taken the spots :) Sept 19, 2022
