A bit of a climb but nice to see, then down the hill to view the rock and the sea. Calpl is built on a steep hill very similar to Benidorm.

Nice! Beautiful calm street with long stairs, a nice place for a photoshoot. Worth visiting - we were surprised it was empty when we arrived in the middle of the day.

These steps and the old town they lead to are hands down the best part of Calpe along with Penon de ifach and the Flamingos in my opinion, it’s a little reminder of what things looked like before they were ruined by all the high rises. Some great photo opportunities and some fabulous places to eat.
