Mirador blanc, located in Altea, offers a unique vantage point to take in the stunning coastal scenery and the charming architecture of the town. This observation deck is distinguished by its striking white wrought iron structure, which not only gives it its name but also adds a touch of elegance to the landscape. From here, visitors can enjoy sweeping views of Altea's historic old town, with its iconic white houses and the blue dome of the church standing out against the backdrop of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. The panoramic vistas extend to the impressive rock formations of Calp and the skyline of Benidorm, making it a prime spot for photography enthusiasts.
The atmosphere at Mirador blanc is notably serene, often less crowded than other viewpoints in the area, allowing for a more peaceful experience. It is particularly recommended to visit during sunset when the golden light casts a warm glow over the surroundings, enhancing the picturesque scenery. The small size of the deck means that it can get busy at times, but the tranquil environment generally prevails. Some visitors have noted the charm of spontaneous moments, such as light art installations that occasionally appear in the park, adding a creative touch to the visit.
Families and couples alike find this spot appealing, as it provides a beautiful setting to relax and soak in the views. The area around Mirador blanc is also home to local artists, offering unique souvenirs that reflect the region's culture. Whether you're looking to capture the perfect photo or simply enjoy the breathtaking landscapes, Mirador blanc serves as a delightful highlight during any exploration of Altea.
I must admit that we had quite an unpleasant day for being on the coast, but even so, we couldn't help but marvel at its incredible landscapes. From this viewpoint, we undoubtedly get excellent views of the entire town of Altea as well as some surrounding cities and villages. We can appreciate some of Altea's most recognized coves, as well as its urban area. Without a doubt, it's a place to visit if you're in the area, as it delights us with an excellent view. It's like the icing on the cake of a magnificent walk through the historic center of Altea.

A beautiful place to visit with family. If you find yourself on San José Street, make sure to buy one of Mr. Nuño's lovely paintings.

The place is stunning, truly stunning! But today we also had the privilege of experiencing a bit of this gentleman's art! It made the moment unforgettable… there was even a marriage proposal, an unforgettable moment! Thank you, sir.

It's very beautiful, you can see everything and there's usually not many people around. If you want to take photos, you might have to wait a bit. It's quite small. The views are really good, you can see almost the entire village, the mountains, and the sea. Sometimes there's a guy and a girl who take your pictures with an "old" camera and print out a sheet that looks like an old newspaper. If you want a specific photo on that paper, they offer to let you pay them whatever you want, but other times they take photos without you noticing and give you the paper as a gift. Whether you look good or bad is a surprise.

An atmospheric, quiet place where you can admire the view of the sea and think about how you can build ugly, large, dilapidated blocks of flats covering the sea next to beautiful, old, small tenement houses.

Stunning views of the coast from here. The place is so picturesque, surrounded by beautiful architecture and a super serene environment.

Best view/ mirador from the city. Gives a wider, at least 250degree view.

Amazing viewpoint, better and more calm than any other place in Altea! It offers you a 180 degree look on the ocean, providing a great view on the big rock of Calp as well the skyline of Benidorm. Almost no people came here, as they were all near the church’s viewpoint. Cool thing was that a few people putted some light art in the park. Unfortunately it was not dark yet, would have been very special. Highly recommended to come here!
