When you're sitting at a table and need to go to the bathroom, the waitresses won't let you because they say the bathroom is broken, which has been the case for months, and it's locked with a chain. However, the waitresses do go to the bathroom. It's shameful to deny you access to the restroom.

This morning I had breakfast at the establishment and was served by Rocío. The prices are a bit high considering that the location doesn't justify them. The waitress, Rocío, was kind and patient. She was quick and attentive, as my table was dirty and she cleaned it right away.

A great spot in Cabezo Beaza (Cartagena, right across from the entrance of the Carrefour supermarket). They offer delicious pastries, good coffee, and delightful surprises like salmon sandwiches and Provençal chicken rolls, all served with excellent attention and truly quality products. The staff is friendly, and the place is usually well-kept and clean. For us, it's a must-stop whenever we come to shop at Carrefour or any other store in the mall.

My experience at Bombón Boss is always a perfect 10, but what really stands out is the friendliness of the staff. They are attentive, cheerful, and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. I have been using this outlet for several years now, principally they were one of the first chain to offer lactose free milk. Secondly not only do they offer good value/quality but very friendly helpful service to all the nationalities that frequent them.

It is a mandatory stop every time I go to the mall, it seems to me that the girls always have a very good disposition and are super friendly, I have only had coffee, of course almost all the different varieties that they offer and I love them, I will return every time can 🫶🏻

Been coming here for many years. Depends on who is serving, your experience will be either good or average. I was served a cold coffee and a cold baguette. She put my baguette just for a few seconds and coffee was spilt. Looks like she is in ' not bothered' mood. Will be a.long time before we go back.

Looks ok, but very difficult to get round the tables. Not a place I will go to for Coffee again. Had a Moca Coffee, but tastes like no Coffee only Milk. Waffels looked Nice but were not.
