I'm a regular customer at Tagliatella and usually enjoy it quite a bit. However, I was surprised when we arrived for lunch at 1:45 PM and were told they couldn't accommodate us without a reservation, despite having empty tables. I asked if we could wait, but they said no. This is a place I won't return to. The Cotton Grill right across the street added us to their list, and we ended up eating there instead. It seems like Tagliatella has zero interest in having customers.

This place is a solid 10! Compared to other restaurants in the same chain, the service here is outstanding. Today, Patricia took care of us, and her attention to detail was excellent. We always choose this location because the food is better, and the service is fantastic, even though we're from out of town.

I will not return. It's a shame that, in my opinion, this has become a common trend at La Tagliatella. Not long ago, when you went there, you were seated with cutlery, a plate, and olives. That no longer happens. Now, you sit at a table with an old tablecloth, and after about 10 minutes, they take your order. Another 10 minutes pass before they bring you the drink you ordered, without the complimentary olives, napkin, or plate, unless you ask for them. And the food takes more than 20 minutes to arrive at the table... I imagine that with their success, La Tagliatella no longer values customer satisfaction.

I have been to several La Tagliatella restaurants because the food is usually quite good, but this is the first time I encountered a guy who thinks he is a waiter but has no manners and doesn't know how to act as one. The tables for four people are already small, and this guy with a piercing and a spider tattoo on his arm was unable to clear the empty plates from the table. He didn't care if it was a mountain of plates. I like to have a clear table when I dine because I have small children, and it's not ideal for plates to fall due to the little ones' movements. I asked him to take the plates away, but he ignored me. So, as he was passing back to the kitchen with nothing in his hands, I lifted the empty plate to at least have a safe dining experience. This happened a couple of times, and with the last plate he brought, the same thing happened again. I asked him again to take the plate, and he ignored me twice, looking at me as if to say he heard me but wasn't going to listen. So, I got up and left the plate on the empty table next to us. After a while, he came back telling me not to leave the plates on the table, that he hadn't cleared the third plate because I had already given him the other plates (as if I had forced him to take them before). "It's his job". To keep the table as tidy and clean as possible, without empty plates, for the comfort of the customers. To be clear, I wasn't giving him the empty plates at that moment, as he might have come with two and I was waiting for him to come back empty. So, I don't think I will return to this place while this kid is there. I think he realized he didn't do well because another colleague came in his place, very friendly, to clear everything, as it should be. Now that I have been reading about this place, I have also seen other customers mention something about this guy; it seems they don't pay much attention to these comments we leave to help other users and businesses ensure proper service to customers. I don't understand how this franchise can allow its employees to continue receiving negative reviews.

The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly; it is in an obvious state of decomposition. Moreover, they get upset if you mention that something is wrong. It used to be very good, but now it is an insult to Italian cuisine.

I've been to Tagliatella many times, but this time, it's different, not really in a good way. Whilst the service was sweet, the food wasn't. Pepperoni Pizza was wafer thin. The topping appeared to be missing key ingredients like tomato and cheese! Pasta dish was, at best, pleasant served on cold plates, it cooled quickly.

The food was average, it was served almost cold. Portions were pretty little. Not much to choose from, even though it's supposed to be an Italian restaurant.

Food was very good and plentiful. A main course between two with bread would of been ample for us. The bread was lovely, olive, tomato and onion. The knowledge and help from the waitress when trying to choose was very good. The Asicatico coffee was well prepared also, unlike some places. Worth another visit.

Tartellone Caprese with Casalinga sauce was the best thing I've eaten. Risotto was above average and good service as well. Full score for this one!
