I've been two or three times, but this last time was disappointing. It says it opens at 3:15 PM, the hour passes and it's closed, 20 minutes pass and it's still closed, 30 minutes pass and it's still closed. I peeked through the crack and asked if they were open, and the girl told me they didn't have any products yet. I waited another 10 minutes, but nothing. Disappointing. If you're not going to have products by the time you open, just postpone it by an hour so people don't have to wait.

Honestly, I think it's a really nice place, and the ice cream is delicious. The venue is very pretty, but I would suggest fixing the air conditioning because it’s frustrating for customers and also very hot for the employees inside. I can only imagine how unbearable the heat must be for them. Despite that, it’s a very pleasant spot. One of the best places to enjoy a good ice cream.

I have been coming to this chain for years and I must say that the one in the Mediterranean space is the worst I have seen. They only allow you to choose either one topping or one addition, and if you want something, it costs 0.70 each. Moreover, even after paying, they do not put any sauce at all, and the service is lacking. I am attaching a photo for the chain to evaluate whether it is normal to pay over 4€ for this ice cream; I paid 0.70 for sauce and look at what they put.

We have been here many times, but today was the day that tested my patience. The machines are usually not operational and/or clean, and today was no exception (cash payments were not accepted). As soon as we arrived, she left the queue waiting while she cleaned the tables in the establishment, and a man was left waiting for her to finish serving him. We started off on the wrong foot. We ordered two medium ice creams and, well, the amount of ice cream was simply sad (4€ for half a cup of ice cream...). When we tasted it, it had a sour aftertaste, and we informed the girl in case she needed to check the product, and her responses really angered me as she seemed to be laughing at me. "The chocolate ice cream is like that" (I usually always order the same thing and no, it is not like that), "A girl came yesterday telling me the same thing and I cleaned the machine so she could try the chocolate again and see that it was the same" (I doubt she waited for you to clean it to try the chocolate again, and if I wasn't the only one to tell you this... maybe you should take it more seriously); and, without a doubt, the best: "It must be the spices in the chocolate that give it that flavor" (Spices, chocolate...) I felt like she was laughing at us and we left without finishing... that.
