The experience was quite disappointing. The food took a long time to arrive. The meat in the burger was very tough. The service was slow and inattentive; we had to wait 40 minutes for the food not to arrive. Additionally, the atmosphere was very noisy and uncomfortable. I don't think we'll be coming back; I expected much more for the price we paid.

I ordered a pitcher of beer, which came warm, and when I spoke to the waitress, she told me that it wasn't possible to exchange it for a third, and that I would have to pay for the third of beer separately. Terrible service, and they take too long to bring the main dishes. The burgers don't look like they do in the catalog; a burger costing almost €20 looks like the kids' menu from McDonald's.

arrived at 4:25 PM to order the menu of the day, which is advertised as available until 5:00 PM. The staff refused to serve it, gave inconsistent explanations about the cutoff time, and only agreed after insistence, with a clearly negative attitude. This left a very poor impression of the service.

Very unfriendly staff and impolite, rude. The baked American pasta came cold, and was Mac and cheese literally as you can see in the pictures. Don’t waste your time and money at this place!

I've been waiting for over half an hour for my beer, I've asked for it three times, on a Monday at noon when not even half of the tables are occupied, so obviously I'll be eating my dish cold. I won't be coming back.

I think it wasn't their best day. Although the food looked great, the reality was that the dishes arrived cold. The drinks we ordered, both caffeinated and non-caffeinated, were swapped. I asked for sour sauce to accompany the meal, and they served me a different one, yogurt-based. You could see people waiting to be served, and they were desperate due to the long waits. The highlight was Agora, the girl who served us, very friendly and nice.

I know that Foster's has stopped being worth it a long time ago, but I had some gourmet vouchers from work, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, even that wasn't enough to make it worthwhile, which is a shame. First, they were missing ingredients for the appetizer. Then, the flavors were quite disappointing, and considering it's just about adding sauces, I guess it's better for my health that I don't feel like going back.

Long waiting, not delicious, horrible fries, my friend's burger (she asked rare done) is overcooked and black (literally burnt from one side), hign prices, but works only one waiter, no carbonated water even in menu!

Friendly staff but they were too slow serving what we ordered. About the food, only the salad was good meanwhile the main dish had some part cold, some other warm and it was different from the picture they show in the menu, seemed like they've been saving it in the freezer for days and just reheated it in the microwave before serving.
