We went for dinner on a Friday night with a reservation, and the place was full, which is more than understandable given the quality-price ratio it offers. The food was very well prepared, everything quite tasty, very well presented and clean, but what I want to highlight the most is the treatment we received from the staff, all very friendly and attentive, but especially a guy with long hair, I believe his name was Samuel. While I was in the restroom, I heard Samuel talking backstage with a colleague of his, saying that it wasn't his best day and that he wasn't feeling up to it, but that neither his colleagues nor the customers deserved for him to be like that, that he should have a better demeanor to provide good service. Well, this guy was the one who mainly served us and the other tables around. I, who also work in customer service and know how demanding it is to provide good service, have to say that this young man attended to us extraordinarily, always with a smile, thanking us, striving to improve the customers' experience, polite, correct, and very attentive. I would like to emphasize the attitude of this worker, as the food was very good and the place was nice too; when you are served by people like this and you get to enjoy your favorite dishes, it morally invites you to come back.

We came for the first time and honestly, it was a very good experience. We came on Sunday and the buffet menu cost us €23.90 each. The place is cozy and the food is good, but I want to highlight the quick service and the friendliness of the waiter who accompanied us to the table. We will return.

A very good restaurant to enjoy sushi. My partner and I dined on a Sunday and we really enjoyed the food because it is of very high quality and the service was wonderful. I recommend it 100%, especially noting how clean the place is, the ample parking area, and the immediate attention from the staff.

The place is no longer what it used to be. The food is okay, but it was much better before. The presentation does not match the images on the menu, neither in quantity nor in quality (for example, in the photo, the carmen comes with a side dish, but at the table, you can't even smell the side dish). When the dishes are brought, they don't tell you what each one is, they almost drop them on the table. We left unsatisfied.

The décor is what you’d expect from a typical sushi buffet, the food wasn’t bad at all; they offer more sushi options than wok dishes, which is worth mentioning. As for the staff… not the friendliest. Not all of them, of course, but the cashier in particular was rather unpleasant. We’re not sure whether she was stressed or simply having a bad day, but the rest of the team were quite attentive.

We went with our cousins to try YO SUSHI, a new all-you-can-eat sushi buffet, and we were delighted. The place is modern, clean, with a well-thought-out decor and an Asian touch that gives it a lot of personality.

I was in the shopping mall. On my way out, I saw this place. Never would’ve entered if I known it is a CHAIN. The staff is very young and definitely NOT qualified to prepare or serve food. The ROBOT did a much better job. Never received HALF of my orders. AND it wasn’t busy at all! My sole recommendation ist DON‘T ! The tuna and salmon 🍣 were full of tendons 🤮 When preparing tuna or salmon, especially for carpaccio or sushi, it is important to remove the tendons. And the price €23,90 is for this region definitely TOOOOO MUCH.

This isn't my first time here and I really liked it. I was here recently and one waiter broke a bottle right on our table, I liked that he asked if we were okay, moved us to another table and brought a new bottle, but I didn't like how he talked to us in general, it seemed like it was our fault that the bottle broke. The rest of the staff were wonderful, especially the girl who also served our table. We ordered 2 ramen and breaded shrimp and it was absolutely amazing, we especially liked the boiled eggs in the ramen. Great food and very fast service. I also really liked that they were already closed, but waited until we finished and did not rush us.

I was so looking forward to this place opening - a Ramen restaurant... I was disappointed to find that they have only one Ramen option on the menu. This is not a Ramen restaurant. First the robot waitron - too cute, miaow xx The food - the Gyozas were good, they were not filled enough, so were difficulty to pick up, dip and eat. The Ramen looked like the real deal, tasted good (for outside of Japan / London), the broth is not as silky and soft as it should be, but overall good. The problem was the portion size for the money, it needed more broth and pork. I left the restaurant still hungry after two standard courses. Hopefully they will look at this if and when they add more Ramen options. Did I mention the robot?
