It's a beautiful walk, with stunning views. But as the total untill back down is over 5 km, it would have been good to have some toilet somewhere along the way or at the top.

Great walk of about 40 mins with breathtaking view en route. Good surface. Very pleasant. Plenty of wildlife to be seen and if really lucky a pod of dolphins in the bay

A paved path 2.5 km long, well-maintained and fully accessible for wheelchairs. Wonderful views. I have reduced mobility and really enjoyed the walk since there are hardly any accessible places for wheelchairs.

A route of about 3 km, quite simple and suitable for everyone. It is paved and the elevation change is minimal. The views of the Marina in general, the sea, the coast, and the Peñón de Ifach are sensational. It is well-maintained and has many signs and explanatory boards.

The Albir lighthouse is perched atop a cliff, standing 112 meters high, nestled within the natural park of Sierra Helada between Albir and Benidorm. This lighthouse was first lit in 1863, and it served as home to the families of the lighthouse keepers until the 1960s. With the automation of the lighthouse and the building that houses it, both fell into disrepair over the years until they were restored in 2011, allowing the building to be opened to the public. Today, the lighthouse operates mechanically, and the building at its base serves as a cultural and interpretation center for the natural park. Inside, there is a small museum and an exhibition room dedicated to the history of the lighthouse itself and the diverse marine life in the area. Just a few meters from the lighthouse, you can find the ruins of the Bombarda tower, an old watchtower built in the 16th century that was part of a coastal surveillance and defense system against the Berber pirate attacks that frequented these Mediterranean shores. From the village of Albir, a linear path of about five kilometers round trip leads to this lighthouse, featuring a gentle incline. It’s an easy route along a paved path that is closed to vehicle traffic, making it accessible for children, strollers, and wheelchairs. Along the way, there are several viewpoints offering splendid views of the sea and some of the surrounding mountains, such as Puig Campana. From the viewpoint at the lighthouse, you can enjoy beautiful vistas over the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by a rich variety of seabirds, including seagulls, European storm petrels, and rock pipits, a small blue-colored bird that often nests among the steep rocks and is relatively easy to spot. The interpretation center is open from Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, and during July and August, it also opens in the afternoons from 6 PM to 9 PM from Wednesday to Saturday. And of course, entry to the lighthouse is free. It's a lovely spot with incredible, photogenic views where time seems to stand still, allowing you to enjoy the silence and the distant sound of waves crashing against the rocks.

A spectacular walk to the lighthouse, clean, for pedestrians only (bikes from 8:00 to 10:00) with tables, trash bins, and a lot, a lot of people. However, the views are spectacular: Sierra de Bernia, Puig Campana, Alto del Gobernador.

This is a very comfortable hiking route along an asphalt path through the mountains, surrounding the coast and offering beautiful views of the bay of Altea. It's worth doing on a sunny day. You can reach the lighthouse, where you can visit a free exhibition about its history.

A nice beach, a bit stoney but it was not a problem for us. The beach walk offers many food and drink options. You get 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol for 18 euro/day. Public toilets available at the beach.

Easy 2.5 km (one way) paved walk. Accessible to anyone free of charge, with plenty of parking spaces. If you see cyclists, there's a 99.9% chance that they will be English, as only those morons can't read "no cyclist" signs.
