The cakes we ordered were very tasty and well-made. The uncomfortable part was the attitude of the girl who served us. I don't know if it's a lack of attitude or if she's just rude. The prices are high.

I do not recommend it at all. I went with some friends and the service was terrible. A short girl with a brown braid was extremely rude and showed no sympathy for the customers. When she brought us what we ordered, we returned it because everything was bad. I ordered a cake that was drier than cardboard, and the milkshakes tasted like milk. When we asked her to change the milkshakes, she overloaded them with chocolate. The service was absolutely awful. My friends and I will not be going back to that place at all. And just to show you, we left the milkshakes exactly as she brought them because they had so much chocolate that they were inedible.

We came in for some coffee and dessert, and they have a display case filled with tempting treats. We decided on the Kinder palm, pure chocolate brownie, tiramisu cake with pistachio, and the chocolate mint bomb, and everything was a total hit. The service was excellent, and the Asian coffees and matcha tea were great. We'll definitely be back. We left after spending a total of €24 for four people.

I recently visited kuss Pasteleria where the coffee and cake were great coffee and delicious cake. Unfortunately, the staff was really rude, which took away from the experience. If you can handle the service, the treats are worth it!

Lovely pastry shop- many different cakes and coffees and great service. I had the Cartagena cake- very moist and light and the cheesecake was delicious too. Recommended.

It's the first coffee shop I've been to here since my cruise arrived and what a shock we got when we saw that the girl who made the coffee had many things done at once and the poor young woman, judging by her tone of voice, seemed Latin American, she just lowered her head to cry even though she doesn't speak English. She was treated better than the manager, her torrijas are very tasty and the coffee was very good. I would go back but I hope she has better luck with the experiences of the employees, more empathy.
