The quality is TERRIBLE for how expensive everything is. And the service sometimes... If I come back, it will only be to see why the nicest girl laughs so much 😉 what a great professional, watching her laugh at elderly people and other customers.

I gave one star for the service, but not because the girls don't do their job well, because they do. The issue is that if you want to provide café service, you can't have the same girl who makes the coffees and toasts, heats the croissants, etc., also serving at the tables, taking orders, clearing tables, and loading the dishwasher. With entrepreneurs like this, it's clear that no one wants to work; it's not that there aren't people available. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I had to go get a coffee somewhere else because the girl just couldn't handle it. You can't wait half an hour to be served for a coffee or breakfast due to a lack of staff, not because those who are there aren't working. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE BUSINESS OWNER NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF.

The service was terrible, there were only two staff members to attend to customers. One girl was alone for the terrace and the tables inside. She was very slow and didn’t realize that while making coffee she could also prepare toast and take payments at the same time. You get put in line. To pay, I had to get up and go to the register, where she told me she had to serve two tables and take payment from a man before attending to me. As I said, until the last toast was out, she wouldn’t take the next order, and it was the same system. I had to tell her that while the milk was heating, she could make a coffee and take payment at the same time... it was absurd. I won’t be coming back.

I arrived at 12:02 and ordered toast for a celiac person and a pregnant diabetic. The girl told me that the toast was finished at 12:00 and that they don’t serve toast after 12:00. I told her it was 12:02 and that we had been seated beforehand, but the pregnant woman was in the bathroom and I couldn’t order until she came out, as we were outside with two children and I couldn’t leave them alone. I told her that only 2 minutes had passed since 12, asking if she could make us the toast, but she said no. I loudly stated that I wouldn’t come back here because the service was really bad, and she didn’t care at all. I stayed because the child wanted a napolitana and the pregnant woman ordered a coffee because she was feeling dizzy, but I didn’t even drink a glass of water because the service left much to be desired. It’s unacceptable to leave two people without toast when we were there before 12 and ordered 2 minutes after. The service is really poor, the treatment was rude, I don’t recommend it. I definitely won’t be coming back. The girl was completely inhumane. They are arrogant.

This is a great spot to stop for breakfast or an afternoon snack, whether you choose to sit inside or on the terrace. It's an artisanal pastry shop offering a wide variety of sweets along with a café service. Today, I had an Asiático and a Cordial, both traditional drinks from the city of Cartagena, and they were absolutely delicious.

Was take away only just afternoon midday on a Friday. Went there for gluten free options which were limited and mediocre. The lady working there was really lovely though and friendly.
