The Patatas Bravas are outstanding. An extraordinary value for money, one of the best options among the wide offerings in the area.

This is the second time I've come here, and even the first time the service seemed mediocre due to the waiters' behavior. This time I ordered my decaffeinated coffee with cinnamon. Neither cinnamon nor decaffeinated. I asked several times if it was decaffeinated because I saw they were very disorganized, and I thought I saw him serve me regular coffee. The last time I asked, he didn't even respond, and I later realized it wasn't decaffeinated. The service was terrible.

I visited this café today and I couldn't be more delighted. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped by a super cozy atmosphere and tastefully done decor, perfect for reading a book or having a quiet chat. The coffee is of exceptional quality (you can tell they care about the beans and the temperature), and I paired it with a [you can put here: a croissant / a toast / a piece of cake] that was spectacular and felt very fresh. But what really makes the difference is the staff. They served me with a smile, were quick, and very attentive at all times. It's hard to find places where you feel so welcomed. Without a doubt, it has become my new favorite spot in the city. Totally recommended!

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible!!! Rude, ill-mannered, poorly organized. The waiters do what they can to salvage the bad manners and rudeness of a manager or boss who is incapable of acknowledging their mistakes, and for €20, after a dinner of almost €200, they lose a few customers. That night, they lost at least three due to their shenanigans, lies, and rudeness. We won't be returning, and we advise you to avoid going if you can.

Very rude owner. My sons ordered a milkshake each- they were ordering and paying separately. They did not know at the time they were ordering the same drink. They were treated rudely by the owner and pretty much told off for not ordering the drinks together. How DARE HE! He is also rude to his staff. Awful person- avoid.

Beware! Rude, bad mennered and uneducated waiter. We seated here in this restaurant with my Family. The waiter is very rude to my kids. Already from the beginning when my kids went inside as my daughter needs to go to the toilet and my son was checking something in the screen. He rudely told to my kids to go back to their sit. My kids warned me and by mistake we still seated and ordered. On my daughter’s milk shake she found cotton. I ask the waiter what was it in the the milk shake and answered defensively telling us, it is probably my kids put it in to the drink as they are playing together. He started a big seen, shouting out loud and telling us that we are causing the problem that we are giving him so much trouble. We stayed calm and left the restaurant. It’s not worth defending ourselves as his short minded self won’t change anything. It’s very traumatic to my kids what the waiter’s behaviour. I have to explained to the kids that what he did is not normal, normal people treat others with respect and manners. If you can, avoid sitting here and there’s many good restaurants in the city.

During my other visits, I chose the Irish coffee, which was very well made and delicious. Finally, it’s open, except on Sundays. It’s a great place to enjoy Colombian coffee and also draft beer Estrella Galicia. Recommended for breakfast. The pincho moruno-style meat is good, but it’s quite spicy; for those who love spicy food, it’s perfect, but for those who don’t, it’s better to avoid it. They also have a good selection of teas to enjoy during this typical winter in Cartagena.
