I went to dinner with my family, and as soon as we arrived, the manager JOSE said, "sons of...", which I find extremely degrading, especially coming from a "superior" who should set an example for the other employees. It was 10:15 PM, and the place is supposed to close at 11:00 PM, so I don't understand that kind of treatment. Additionally, the food was nothing like it appeared in the picture; we ordered the wraps, and they were half empty, forcing us to tear off the dough to eat them. Honestly, the KFC in this location is no longer what it used to be, and I will think twice before returning if the service and food remain like this.

I used to eat there every week for years. I brought people with me because the food was very good and the service was excellent. I went there a year ago with guests, and the bill was around €42, which was disappointing. Bad food, over-fried, tasted like it was reheated, the fries were also reheated. I didn't go back and I won't go back there. What a shame.

We came exclusively for the Dragon Ball Z bucket, and when we went to pick up the order, they told us it was no longer available and gave us another box instead. They are scammers. The quality of the chicken sandwich is terrible; they also deceive you, as the photo shows it one way, but in reality, they prepare it very sparsely. They are very cheap. I won’t be coming back.

We got a great deal, and it's one of the few KFCs where, in its cheapest offer at 3.99, the chicken was juicy and crispy, and the fries and rings were full of flavor and crunchy. Congratulations.

The product did not match the image. They explained that they had changed the ingredients while keeping the same name and price, and that the store image needed updating. I found the staff unfriendly. In the image I saw, I paid an extra euro to enlarge the burger, but in reality, it was smaller.

undercooked or dry chicken, the whole area is very dirty and littered in KFC waste, certainly not worth time/money to eat here. Probably the worst KFC I have been to. The whole place is best avoided, but the worst part is probably the toilets. Very disappointing, will not go there anymore for sure, the place used to be decent, but now it is just awfull

Think we came a little early so the food had been laying for a bit before we ordered, would recommend to come here when there are more people so you get fresh chicken. Just below average for what you expect from a KFC in hotspot like this.

Place was empty and food was served very quickly. Was a menu bucket for 3 to takeaway. Different pieces of soggy chicken (wanted original), uncooked chips. Worst KFC ever. Place should be closed down. Canned Pepsi was nice.

Well was really looking forward to eat my crispy chicken and hot wings, WELL not impressed chicken was super dry hot wings were very greasy and the chips if that's what you call them been left way too long in the warming tray think the manager needs a talking to, oh yes it was ready in 4 minutes so not good. Very very disappointed.

I went with my friends as it was crowded and we ordered chicken bucket but only get the fried chicken dry piece they didn’t give us any gravy for dipping or even didn’t recommended during order.The food was fabulous we really enjoy KFC is one of my favourite but on this franchise need some improvement on service could do more better way.
