I just left the place to go to my hotell (quite close from the place). During my return I realized the ice cream was incorrectly made. They put the wrong sauce in it. Otherwise, good place. I also got the wrong dip.

We ordered two supposedly large burger menus. What we received were two ridiculously small, flat, and BURNT burgers that were inedible. One of the staff offered to replace them, but what came out was only slightly better. The burgers were a bit less overcooked, but honestly, the quality of the food left much to be desired. The atmosphere and the place itself didn't help either; it was too noisy and there was hardly any space to sit. The restrooms were lacking hand soap and were not particularly clean; the women's restroom door was broken, leaving me with the handle in my hand, and I couldn't even get into the restroom... it was a disastrous experience, and it's a shame that these details are overlooked on nights like last night, a Saturday when the competition is closed, presenting a great opportunity to attract and build new customers. We won't be coming back.

I have been to this Burger King in Cartagena several times and, honestly, it is frustrating. There are always mistakes with the orders: food is missing, they give you things you didn't order, or they directly charge you for products that then don't appear in the bag. The worst part is that this isn't just a one-time issue; it's a recurring problem. You pay, leave feeling confident, and when you check... surprise: there are missing sides, sauces, or even part of the menu. And of course, if it's for takeout, you realize this when you're already far away. Additionally, you notice that they don't even give you a receipt anymore so you can't complain. I understand that there are busier times (today was not one of those), but this is a clear lack of control and attention. In the end, you find yourself checking the order right there as if it were mandatory. They don't know how to work or serve the public. I do not recommend it. If you go, check absolutely everything before leaving.

I went to dinner at BK last night, and it was a disaster. The service was terrible, and the employees were completely disorganized; they didn’t even know how to open the register to take payments. After waiting 15 minutes, they brought me a menu that wasn’t mine. I went to the counter to return it and ask for my own, which was supposed to be gluten-free. Even though mine was right there on the counter, the girl started preparing new orders without finishing mine. When I finally got fed up and asked about it, she told me to calm down. Of course, I was upset because I ordered a GLUTEN-FREE MENU and ended up getting contaminated! She kept leaning over my tray without following the necessary procedures (I know this because I saw how she was putting it together, and I work at BK, so I know how to handle gluten-free orders). The burger was poorly made; I ordered a cheeseburger with everything, but they gave me a small patty with just cheese. They served the fries without checking if they were gluten-free, mixing them with the contaminated ones. I told her about it, and she went to change them, but instead of discarding the contaminated fries, she just waited two minutes for 'new fries' to come out and mixed them back in with the others. The only thing she did was put a sticker that said 'gluten-free.' OBVIOUSLY, I didn’t eat those fries, and I still ended up getting contaminated and feeling sick that night. So, I plan to file a complaint.

The order number is 23, the invoice number is 684/364112, and the time is 8:30 PM. This Sunday, I had an unforgettable experience at this establishment. I ordered a D84 that I wanted as a Whopper, but to my surprise, they didn't have it, so they gave me the Long Vegetal instead. I requested 2 extra cheese slices that I was charged for but were never added. Additionally, there were two kids' meals, which were missing the desserts. I also ordered 2 Euroking burgers, but they decided to give me only one. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong and missing items, forcing me to return to the restaurant to claim them, and the service isn't exactly pleasant, like two weeks ago when they didn't give me a pack of 6 wings. I don't know what's happening at this restaurant, but it's going downhill. I expected much more; what a disappointment. I urge the higher-ups to implement reforms, as this is poor management and customer service. Best regards.

.The pace was rather languid, in fact, very sluggish. They introduced an additional self-service payment system for cash transactions. The process involves scanning a code from a machine, yet unfortunately, the system is malfunctioning. There were only three staff members attending to customers. Despite the presence of the self-service cash payment option and the limited number of patrons in the restaurant, the service remained exceptionally unhurried. It's almost as if the restaurant staff were akin to snails in their speed of operation.

Worst Burger King experience ever! We were the only people there as it was early evening, we waited 10minutes for 3 meals. When I sat down, both double burgers were just singles! When I returned to complain it was as if it was my fault..... the chips were awful, as if they cooked last week and reheated..... burger king chips are always good.... 🤷‍♂️ I really don't know how they can make it so bad. Last but least, we went up for the ice creams, they provided 2 of the 3 and walked away.... again when I asked for the other she looked at me if I was mad. But it was clearly her fault! See photos of the half full ice creams, I understand prices have gone up but at least provide a full serving! It seems like the staff struggle to read the instructions on the receipt! God help them if it ever gets busy! Avoid at all costs and go to the one at Espacio Mediterraneo.
