Simple and carefully crafted dishes. They adapt to your tastes and needs. The menus focus on meat and traditional local dishes, sometimes with a different twist. Prices are somewhat high for the area, but the quality remains high. The desserts, made in the adjacent bakery owned by the same proprietor, are excellent.

By chance we came to this Bistro…. Everything we ate from antipasti primi to secondo it was a Michelin Star rating. All was prepared with passion and every bite of the food not only melted in mouth but lingered like ecstasy 😘😘😘 a pity we did not take photos all the dishes we had right up to their amazing dessert runand owned by the owners uncle…. We got a table here on 1 May, having been turned away from other (full) restaurants. What a bit of luck! Prezzo fisso menu €40 - an array of antipasti, including great vegetable dishes, a lasagne ragù bianco - delicious - and various grilled meats for secondo. And we were offered seconds of everything though we were too full to accept. Friendly welcome, excellent service and great food. We seemed to be the only non-Italians there but some of the staff do speak some English. Highly recommended.

The most true 5-Star experience. The service is that of a dinner at your own home, created by the family style staff, authentic food and no menu. The food is presented as suggestions and recommendations each evening by the server. The atmosphere is modern, fresh and comfortable, with Italian style service in which your experience takes the top priority. Absolutely outstanding, they wrote the book on hospitality. The food was outstanding. No menu just suggestions. We ended off with a hand carved Florentine steak cooked to perfection. A gem waiting to be discovered.
