The pizza is truly excellent; you can instantly taste the flavor of the carefully crafted dough: incredibly light and easy to digest. I especially loved the burnt wheat and hazelnut dough, it’s really incredible! A special thanks to the pizzaiolos Michele and Antonio, who are incredibly kind and friendly: it’s always a pleasure to eat with them again; they make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

I was here on Ferragosto. I can say the food is excellent and the quality/price ratio is excellent, nothing more. The only flaw was the service... there were less than ten of us at the table, and despite everything, there was often no water at the table, and the courses arrived staggered. There was no continuity of service at the table. The staff, to be fair, were visibly tired, and when you asked them for something, they forgot it or were "annoyed." Even the cutlery was often missing, and the second course arrived while you were still eating the first, as you can see from the photo. I understand it's Ferragosto, and I understand it's not an easy job, but it's a job you choose. All it takes is a little organization! It's a shame because the kitchen and the manager did a great job!! Well done everyone... I'll definitely be back because the food is good.

A beautiful place, a cabin made entirely of wood... but the pizza is extraordinary... we also tried the fried pizzas, which melt in your mouth and are not greasy at all, a true delight, we ordered again... the pizzas are spectacular and very light... the four of us ate five pizzas... we couldn't miss the pizza that won the First Italian Pizza Chef award and the Nutella pizza... we definitely need to come back.

The best pizza in the entire world. We have eaten at the best pizza places all over Italy and this one is by far our favourite. Never tasted anything like it!!! And the location is so beautiful and serene.
