I had a great experience at the Cartagena location of this franchise. The food was rated 8.5 out of 10. The service was impressive, scoring 9 out of 10. The dining area was comfortable, clean, and functional, although the small tables lacked tablecloths, which I would rate a 6.5 out of 10. The best part is definitely the value for money when it comes to the food.

We had a pleasant dining experience at Saona in Cartagena. The overall quality of the food was good and the menu offered a nice variety of options. Most dishes were enjoyable, although the ribs were unfortunately quite greasy, which took away from the experience a bit. On the positive side, the desserts were absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal. I’d also like to give special credit to our waiter, Miguel, who provided excellent service throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a good restaurant with great service and tasty desserts, with some room for improvement on specific dishes. They could put some music on for a nicer atmosphere.

Really nice restaurant just off the main shopping street. We had the Lunch menu and it was amazing the food was really tasty and beautifully plated up.The decor is very modern and it felt relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Fantastic food. We had the menunde this weekend with Arroz con Bogavante. Miguel served us and his service was exceptional. We'll definitely be back! P.S.: One additional comment, we noticed that other people were offered coffee for leaving a review - we weren't offered any... Nevertheless, the food was A+.

I’m so sorry I did not read the other reviews before eating in this restaurant. Everything they said that is negative is true. We arrived for lunch having booked a table and were asked to wait while a table was cleaned. I asked if we could sit at any of the other 4 tables that were empty and clean rather than waiting at the door. First mistake ! We sat and waited for some time before drinks were served and even longer for our meal. Second mistake! We decided to have the lunch menu and our first course was nice see photos. Croquettes and tempura vegetables nothing notable but edible. Second course of Chicken tenderloin and ribs. They took a long time to arrive and when they did disappointingly there was no chicken we got a Pork dish instead. Both dishes were served cold and the sweet potato fries served with the ribs were inedible. Third mistake! When our plates were collected we pointed this out to the waiter. He apologised and asked why we had not said so earlier, we explained that we were not prepared to wait another 40 minutes for replacements! Desert came bonaffee pie and crunchy mango cream. Pie came without the cream not a major issue but the details matter if on the menu ensure it’s on the plate! Fourth mistake! The mango deserves major criticism what chef made this and have they actually tasted it? This was the worst dish I have eaten in the 14 years I’ve been coming to Murcia. Fifth mistake! Before I forget we ordered a second beer it took two additional requests before it eventually arrived. Sixth Mistake! We were served by 4 different people which informs me that training and service management are not high on the restaurant priority. The bill came and we paid but despite barely eating the cold incorrect dish we were charged the supplemental fee this felt like we were being ripped off. Seventh mistake! I would expect any business but particularly a franchise business to learn quickly from it’s customers feedback this certainly is not the case here. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES.

We visited for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! The food is spectacular, incredibly well-prepared, and the flavors are amazing. We're leaving here very happy and without a doubt, we'll be back. A big thank you to Miguel for the excellent service.

What a fantastic find, thanks to my wife. We often passed by the restaurant but had never gone inside. For starters, I had octopus on a potato Parmentier with paprika oil (SPECTACULAR, TENDER, FLAVORFUL... A WELL-DESERVED 9), while my wife enjoyed a salad of confit tomatoes, burrata, and olive honey (SHE GIVES IT AN 8). For the main course, my wife had glazed Iberian ribs cooked at low temperature, served with crispy sweet potatoes (SHE GIVES IT ANOTHER 8). I had an Iberian secreto with Pedro Ximénez reduction, served with rustic potatoes and smoked potato Parmentier (I HATE TO REPEAT MYSELF, BUT IT WAS ONCE AGAIN SPECTACULAR, THE BEST IBERIAN SECRETO I'VE EVER TASTED, PERFECT IN TEXTURE, COOKING, FLAVOR, AND SIDES, IN SHORT, A CARNIVAL OF DELICIOUS FLAVORS AND CONTRASTS. WITHOUT A DOUBT, A 10). For dessert, she had a creamy cheesecake and I opted for cake pops with chocolate cream and crunchy KitKat. They were good, nothing more. The service was outstanding in terms of personal attention. If I had to mention something slightly negative, I would say that the wait time between courses, once the previous one was finished, was a bit excessive (10 to 15 minutes), but that wait was worth it. The quality-to-price ratio was also outstanding, with my wife paying €22 and me €33, which included a supplement of €5 and €2 for my starter and main course, respectively, while drinks and bread were extra. The atmosphere was very calm, and the climate control was excellent. Overall rating: 5 stars. A great discovery, for sure, and we will definitely return.

Sunday family meal with kids. A pleasant place with a Mediterranean menu and decor. We chose the weekend menu for the adults, the children's menu for the kids, and a few dishes off the menu. All the dishes we had were very good, but some portions seemed a bit small. The service was a bit slow but acceptable. A place worth recommending.
