Since I see the manager or supervisor checks the reviews frequently, I thought I'd leave one myself. I'm 19 years old and hadn't had a pizza from here since I was about 7 or 8. Well, I just have to say that I ordered a pizza that took me straight back to my childhood—the same flavor they had so many years ago! I also ordered spaghetti with Roquefort sauce, and the only downside is that it doesn't have meat, or very, very little. Otherwise, a 10/10. I also made a reservation for the balloon. Keep up the good work, and thank you so much for making my inner child happy. I'll start ordering more often from the Lucena location! 😁😁😁

If you’re not willing to serve what’s on the menu, then don’t offer it. We went for lunch with seven people on Saturday, February 14, and aside from pizza, we wanted some tacos and chalupas. In the end, we only got pizza because the tacos were sold out and the chalupas were too. This was at two in the afternoon on a Saturday, and certain dishes were already unavailable. It feels like a cheap excuse, especially since the restaurant wasn’t even full and the waitstaff were just chatting at the counter. It seems easier to sell pizza and do less work. Take note, manager: we had the whole weekend ahead of us, and we shouldn’t have to eat what the restaurant wants us to eat. If it had been Sunday at 10 PM, it would be understandable if some items were gone, but on a Saturday at 2 PM, that’s just unacceptable. If I have to eat what I don’t want, I might as well stay home. I won’t be coming back; that’s just how it is in this city.

I ordered a lasagna to go and a carrot salad. The lasagna was burnt and had no béchamel at all. I would guess it was from last year. The salad no longer has green pepper... now they put lettuce in it, even though it's more expensive. There's a lot to be desired. It has nothing to do with what it used to be years ago. What a shame.

I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the order we received recently. We have been customers for years and have always been satisfied, but the last two pizzas we ordered were truly disappointing. On this occasion, the pizza did not match what we had requested. We specifically asked for no salami and no ham, yet both ingredients were included. The quality of the product was also very poor: the pizza had no flavor, there was very little cheese, almost no tomato, and the texture resembled plastic, which was completely unexpected given our previous experience with you.

We have been customers for many years, and yesterday was the last straw. We don’t like leaving bad reviews for places we enjoy visiting, but lately, it feels like a joke. We already reached out and asked for the manager we’ve known for years to call us, but it seems the kids working there didn’t pass the message. The pizzas were terrible, empty, BURNT, as hard as a shoe, inedible! Customers for 20 years, from parents to children, and yet we have always continued to frequent the place, but now we believe it will be the last time because the food from yesterday could not be made even by a 10-year-old. Not to mention that we were missing toppings for the snacks. I replied here again to your response. You can’t say at 3 PM that you’re changing the order while living on the other side of Cartagena. You should be ashamed to send out orders like this, because if I were a cook and saw that pizza, I would throw it straight in the trash and not serve it to the customer. Let’s not try to cover up mistakes with a "I’ll change the pizza at 3 PM". Your response is not helpful to me, best regards.

Decent pizzas but importantly properly gluten free (separate oven, no cross contamination) suitable for Coeliac and apparently very good for gluten free. Quick friendly service, clearly popular with locals. Very reasonably priced!

Recently visited this diner with my family (they are regular customers) and the pizzas are amazing! We had salads and 5 different types of pizza. All tastes superbly delicious, especially the moussaka. Totally recommended to try if you have not.
