The service was terrible. I was sold a donut that was as hard as a rock, and their response was that another customer was eating the same one and wasn't complaining.

Terrible. Slow service, bland food, awful coffee. I ordered toast with melted cheese and tomato, but it came with slightly melted pieces of processed cheese and no tomato—the worst toast I've ever had. We ordered two lattes and a cortado; we got two cortados and one latte, and then they tried to charge us for what we'd ordered, but they made a mistake. We also ordered a half-portion of tomato and ham (it came without tomato) and a full portion of ham, cheese, and tomato (it only came half full). They didn't even add oil or salt. The coffee was undrinkable.

Whole tomato and coffee with milk €3.20. 🥺🤔🥴😬😱 I'm so sorry, but I didn't like it. I didn't like the taste of the coffee, and I didn't like that they gave me oil cruets without labels, and I don't know what kind of oil I use. I asked for the single-serving packets, and they brought them to me.

The place itself is not badly located, but the service is of very poor quality. I sat for 10 minutes on the terrace, two waitresses passed by without even looking at me. In the end, I was served without any issues at the bar next door.

A traditional café-bar; I had a problem (the cup in which my coffee was served was stained with lipstick, and it was clear it had been washed in the dishwasher), but they resolved it with great kindness and friendliness by making me another coffee and didn't charge me for it.
