Honestly, there's nothing wrong at all. The waiters are very friendly and provide great service. The food came out quickly, was delicious, and freshly made, which is very pleasant. The atmosphere is perfect, not too noisy, and with nice decor. 10/10

They make you wait a long time to take your orders, and then the food you request can either come all at once or you may have to wait quite a bit. The food is very good, both in flavor and texture. The portions vary depending on whether you order from the menu or à la carte, with the latter being quite limited. Sometimes it's more worthwhile to place an order for pickup rather than eat there.

I just ate at Gran Mundo and I have to say: it’s delicious! If you’re looking for a truly good Chinese restaurant, this is the one. The food is top-notch, with an incredible flavor, and the prices are very reasonable. However, it’s always packed with people because it’s definitely worth it. The service is quick and very attentive. And if you have language issues, don’t worry, they speak Spanish and English. The only downside is that you always have to wait a bit (about 15 minutes), but that’s normal given how popular it is. Highly recommended.

Today I dined at this restaurant and was met with a very unpleasant surprise. I ordered the daily menu and, when I chose flan for dessert, I requested a bit of cream on top. They informed me that there would be an extra charge, which I thought was reasonable, so I accepted without any issue. The real problem arose when it was time to pay: they charged me €3.35 JUST for the cream. That’s an utterly outrageous price for such a simple extra. When I expressed my astonishment, the response was even worse: "I told you it was very expensive," delivered in a rather unprofessional and rude tone. It’s not about the money, but rather the abuse and lack of transparency. Charging over €3 for a bit of cream and then responding in a disrespectful manner clearly shows they don’t care about their customers or their own reputation. I won’t be returning, and I hope this review helps others know what to expect.

The servings here are massive, I couldn’t even finish. Staff are so kind and they can also speak in English which is nice coz I’m still learning Spanish. I left my adaptor charger here and they were able to keep it until I came back to get it. Food is really good, finally was able to eat Asian food after few months. Will definitely be back again.

The service was terrible, the food was scarce and bad. The chicken with almonds was tough, the sauce was gelatinous, and they mixed up our plates with another table. Other tables arrived after us and were served before us. Everything was tiny. I'm going to have to go to Burger King because I'm still hungry. The only good part of the experience was the attention from the South American girl and the strawberry ice cream. The rest was a disaster. We all left hungry. The menus were inadequate. The Coca-Cola was warm. There was no zero. It was horrible; we won't be coming back, and I hope this serves as a warning for others. **Attention** They charge you for takeout containers and bags... It's a disaster of service, with food in poor condition and insufficient portions, plus a scam with the surprise on the bill. Next time, we will file a complaint with consumer services.

I went with an open mind and it was awful the meat from the wonton soup was pink and the fried wontons didn’t have any meat or anything inside, I paid 23 euros for this nonsense, would not recommend to anyone

Quick service, plenty staff though not very busy 3pm Saturday. Food bland. Salt and pepper prawns no taste of pepper. Crab mostly thin legs with a couple of bits of meaty body. Tablecloth well worn with holes in it, never saw staff smile when we were there more like scruffy robots. TOILETS DISGUSTING with no paper in ladies and hand drier not working in ladies or gents. Toilet bowls really filthy looked like not cleaned in months. Definitely won't be back.
