She always serves us with a smile, she's super professional, friendly, and very attentive to everything. Excellent service. No matter what time you call, they always attend to you with kindness and professionalism. While all the staff are very good, I want to highlight Alicia's work. The rotisserie chicken, in particular, is spectacular and delicious. I have no doubt about where to go whenever I want to try this delicious treat.

I've been going to this place for years at lunchtime, so I can't comment on the other times or weekends. In my case, I've always been treated very well, especially by Alicia and Lola, as well as other colleagues when they weren't there. The food is decent, and the rice dishes vary depending on the day, but if I had to choose, I'd go for the rib rice and the chicken rice. So, if you don't feel like cooking, or you're having one of those days when you don't know what to do or you're short on time, stop by—it's highly recommended.

I highly recommend Pollo Dorado (especially the one on Alfonso X el Sabio, which is the one I usually go to). Besides the fact that the chicken is the best I've had in Cartagena for takeaway, their stews and soups are also delicious. I'm a regular customer and I receive excellent service from Alicia and her team. In terms of price/quality, they are undoubtedly the best takeaway in the area.

They gave me a chicken whose skin was sticking to the meat, super dry, and reheated. I don't understand why they want to lose customers. I'm from the area, and it's my fault for coming back. About two months ago, they gave me expired rice pudding that they had for sale, and I only realized it when I got home. There won't be a third chance for me or my siblings.
