First time trying as I've just moved to cartagena. Out of town but definitely worth the walk. I'll definitely be making it my go to indian.

We were pleasantly surprised; the portions were generous and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend the coconut milk curry with prawns—it's a winner. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable.

This is the best Indian food I've ever had! The chicken tikka masala is bursting with flavor, and the onion bhaji and naan—both cheese and garlic—are fantastic too. The portion sizes are just right for the price, and the meat is always tender. The service is consistently attentive and quick. Without a doubt, this is the Indian restaurant I recommend every time someone asks!

The flavor is spectacular, but the portions are too small for the price. They have three tasting menus, and we ordered menu number 1, which is the most expensive at €19 per person. Drinks are not included. The portions for the starters and the main dish, which is a tiny bowl of rice to share, are very small. For dessert, there was also a saffron yogurt to share and just one doughnut for two people. In summary, you leave hungry. We won't be coming back.

Like many others, we stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try after reading the amazing reviews! We walked in on the weekend of Valentine's and was lucky to get a table (probably also because we came at 830pm which was earlier than standard Spanish dinner time). Ordered the tasting menu for 2 pax thinking we were supposed to "select options" but was surprised to know that everything listed were part of the course! At €17 each, you get a starter of 2 items, mains of 2 dishes with naan and rice and ends with an Indian dessert. It may sound little but it was actually rather filling! I personally loved the tandoori-like grilled chicken which was apparently marinated with cheese and spices, it was so full of flavor and superbly tender. Just for that chicken, I would come back again! I would like to add a little suggestion to the management, perhaps for the dessert to have the option of changing to coffee or something else? Because I personally do not like the Indian sweets. So far this is one of the best places in Cartagena in terms of quality food at affordable price. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a change of dining experience, perfect place for date nights, lunch with friends or even family dinners!

Both for dining in and for takeout. Good quality Indian food with different menus during the week, good service, and better prices. There were four of us, and we ordered two basic menus and two superior ones, all to share and enjoy.

We had our first meal at Utsav this evening to celebrate my husband's burthday. It was last minute change of plan to go to Cartagena so I googled found this restaurant, read the reviews and 10mins later we were there! Perfect choice as we are particular about out indian restaurants from when we were in UK. The coconut rice was amazing even hubby loved it 😋 and the curries - i had king prawn vindaloo and he had king prawn madras. Absolutely delightful so tasty. Had fish starters of a generous portion and desserts too! I had rice pudding and it was to die for. Hubby had chocolate tarte which looked 😋The waitress was very attentive and chef who we saw briefly lovely chap. I fully recomend this place. Planning to go back to try the chick pea dishes...to start with 😋

A true model of elegance and good cuisine. A wonderful experience. The venue itself is beautiful, with comfortable seating, the right temperature, ambient music, good decor, and everything is very clean. The staff is extremely respectful, friendly, efficient, and pleasant; the waitress was very attentive. As for the food, we were impressed by how good it was; we even felt like returning another day to try more dishes. We were surprised by the price, as it is quite affordable. Even the details are well thought out; they light candles and with the bill, they give you a bowl of anise digestive candies. One of the best places. Congratulations.

Amazing from start to finish. The ambiance was perfect, our waitress was charming and sweet, the service was relatively fast (but not to the point where you wonder if they just had the food sitting under heat lamps), and the food itself was exceptional, right down to the mukhwas. Even though we were full, we couldn't help but try out the desserts, which were refreshingly mild. Could not be happier, and we will absolutely be coming again.
