I wanted to highlight the excellent work of Jesús María, undoubtedly the best chef this McDonald's has ever had. He always worked with enthusiasm, paid attention to detail, and you could really tell that the food was well prepared. Now his absence will be felt, and it's truly a shame to have lost such a talented and professional worker. I hope they appreciate people like him more.

Honestly, it was terrible. I ordered through the Glovo app, and it took over an hour and a half. Plus, when my order arrived, it was missing some large fries, so it really wasn't worth ordering at all. Then, the cold food was so hard it felt like I was eating cardboard. Additionally, I was supposedly given a refund in the app, but I see nothing. I won't be ordering here again.

Every Sunday we order from this McDonald's, always the same thing, and generally we don't have any problems (except for a few things that get forgotten, which is why we always check). But today my hamburger was undercooked and I had to throw it away out of frustration. I seriously doubt we'll be back; the lack of care given to the food that is served is astonishing.

Previously, this McDonald's was quite fast, but the current staff is very slow. This happened to me two weeks ago when there were people, but yesterday there was no one. There were a few guys in front of us, us, and others behind. And it took 20 minutes on the clock for a menu 4 U, which is the most basic thing in the world.

We ordered through the drive-thru and there was only one car ahead of us (it was 1:30 PM). Even so, we ended up waiting quite a while for our order. When we finally opened it, we found that it was a mess and there was a glob of sauce sloppily placed on it. On top of that, everything was cold. We always have bad experiences when we order takeout.

They need to update their software regarding orders within a time frame. I tried ordering breakfast way before 12:00 and they were unable to do anything.
