The service was excellent, truly remarkable. The atmosphere was pleasant for spending time with friends. As for the food, it would deserve 0 stars (but that’s not possible). A case in point is the milanesas, a dish that costs 22.5 euros and consists of two frozen milanesas where only the breading stands out. I think this is the first time I’m giving 1 star, but paying 115 euros for 3 people in a place with this quality-price ratio is what it deserves.

It had been a long time since I enjoyed good rice. I stumbled upon this place while strolling around the port area. At first, the upstairs caught my attention. But after seeing the reviews, we decided to make a reservation here, and what a great choice it was... I enjoyed the rice so much; it had been a while since I had such delicious rice. We ordered the seafood one, and I couldn't resist eating it straight from the paellera. The staff was very polite and friendly; we even came with a little dog, and there were no issues. I would have liked to be able to order it individually since I was craving the black rice, just as a suggestion.

This was our first time eating here, and it was a show! The pulpo a la Cartagenera was amazing, the croquettes were a great choice, and the star dish was the rice. We ordered the one with secreto, and it was delicious. The manager, named Víctor, is a charming and friendly person who treated us wonderfully and made our meal very enjoyable. We will be back soon!

Arroz a la alicantina, good, good. Delicious. Chef Will is very nice. Good service and the space is really cool for eating. Portions (not the rice) might be a bit small. You can't pass by here without trying a rice dish, good quantity and even better flavor. There's music while you eat, I like it, but not everyone has to. 90€/4 people

Had lunch here twice, firstly burgers shortly after arriving in Cartagena, which were perfect medium rare. Returned on our last few hours in the town to try the rabbit and snail paella (heard it was a local speciality, this was the only place we saw it available). We were in just after opening, and the chef explained that he didnt usually start paella service that early, but after a little wait he fired it up for us and it was excellent. Perfectly cooked rice, absolutely full of flavour. Followed up with another local treat cafe asiatico, again beautifully served. Service is relaxed here, but that befits the location, and you will certainly eat very well

I returned after a couple of months and the service has improved. The cecina croquettes are still the best. The patatas bravas were just okay. The hamburgers were actually quite good, though the meat was a bit overcooked. Total: €54 for 2 people.

I am at the restaurant and the welcoming has been really bad. The waiters were talking between themselves about me thinking that I won't understand what they say. They have just given me the impression that they want to get done with my order. I don't recommend this place. The food seems ok but the portion is small for the price (18euros).

We didn't book but wandered in...it wasn't busy at just past 1p.m..The waiter was very pleasant. He took our order and drinks came promptly. The food we chose was from their choice of Tapas and we were very happy with what we had & it came very quickly. I'd say the atmosphere would be better when a little busier but all in all a pleasant experience & we would return. Take Cash to Tip as restaurant keeps tips paid by card. Something I wholly disagree with but common in Spanish City Restaurants.
