I highly recommend this place and I hope to return because the service was exceptional. Most of the staff were perfect, except for the girl at night who blocked the entrance doors and couldn't come out to help us when we didn't know how to get in. It took her a long time to come out because she wasn't available, and she didn't properly indicate that we needed to enter from one side, so we spent quite a while wandering around unsure of what to do. Other than that, the quality of everything is incredible; the bathrooms have non-slip floors and were spotless. The cleaning staff even insisted on checking if we needed anything when we told them it wasn't necessary for them to clean. The breakfast was the same, with staff asking if we needed anything else, especially the man at the bar who was always inquiring and offering more. The girl who welcomed us was very attentive, explaining everything in detail. She informed us about the parking and the arrangement with another place to make it cheaper, along with how to proceed. The breakfast was delicious and complete, and they cook your eggs to order, perfectly done. I truly loved it and hope to come back. Being in the center, I wasn't sure if there were parties or a concert going on, but there was some noise; however, it wasn't a problem for us as we didn't hear much. Oh, and the heating was always on, which kept it warm—great for those who feel cold easily. Thank you!

The hotel is very good, excellent location if you are going to the center, with very nice views. Be careful if you are coming with a large car (5m), you cannot fit it in the hotel elevator and they send you to a very nearby parking lot that is narrow between spaces and also has a narrow lane. I COULD HARDLY GET MY CAR OUT, I have parked in hundreds of parking lots and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Do not attempt to fit it in if it is a long car because if you have one in front that does not fit in its spot, you may have to stay another night until it disappears. I'm not exaggerating, you have been warned.

What worries me the most is getting a good night's sleep, and in this case, the beds are incredibly comfortable, especially with the double pillows. The location is excellent for exploring the entire old town and the main area of the city. With its carefully curated decor, this place truly stands out on its own. The staff is very friendly, every single one of them.

The hotel is located in a historic building right in the center, next to the town hall and the waterfront. It's also very close to the main museums and historical landmarks of the city. It has parking available, and the restaurant features an outdoor terrace. Our arrival was flawless, and Angel made sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Angel for his friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. We had a room with a terrace that was very clean and comfortable. We dined on the Valentine's menu, and I must say the service was quick, and the menu was of excellent quality. I also want to mention Ruben for his professionalism and friendliness during our stay. Without a doubt, when we return to Cartagena, we already have our hotel.

Wish we had booked this hotel for a couple nights! We bailed on a Murcia Centro hotel we had booked for multiple nights to come down to Cartagena. Reserved the king room with a patio and view of the harbor and old town. Magnificent location. Room and staff are great. Got to see the Christmas lighting and concert. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely superb! Would highly recommend staying here.

Located in the heart of Cartagena, just a walking distance from all the best the city has to offer this hotel is truly a gem. With beautiful interior design, I must say this is one of the prettiest hotels I ever stayed in. Very elegant but not over the top. Quiet, extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. I will definitely come back!

Nice room and hotel! Pretty gym, but a bit few exercise equipment. The hotel is recently refurbished, but they forgot to change the windows that should need replacing. Also the people who had refurbished the hotel the project leaders had not been good on the finishing and quality of the work done. It could have been a notch higher, but the transition from roof to wall and other things is not well done. Which it deserved when the style and materials used is so good! I liked it there. However the city view was a view towards the side where there are construction works being done. So saw workers just outside my window.
