Highly recommended, black sand, a beautiful cove for snorkeling and with two beach bars for food, definitely worth checking out.

It's really beautiful here. The path is a bit rocky, but fun. Watch out for the sand and stones, as they are heavily polluted, and be cautious with the water. The decay of the place over the years makes it even more beautiful. It's a great spot to disconnect and take photos.

The beach is stunning, vibrant, and quite unique in its appearance. After parking the car in a small spot on a bend, a short and steep walk brings us closer to the water. Of course, the black sand and yellowish seabed are a result of the mining products being processed with heavy metals. Be careful not to get your clothes stained with the ochre residues. Swimming is definitely not recommended due to the high levels of toxins. Although the beach is visually appealing, it is also quite degraded, especially due to the litter left behind by visitors. It's great for sightseeing and strolling, but not suitable for swimming.

Small parking area and the walk from parking to the beach is long and steep but the beach is great.

A beautiful beach located near La Manga. Parking is very limited and there are no other nearby areas to park; but in reality, this is an advantage because it makes it less likely to be crowded (The downside is that you might arrive and not find a place to leave your car, so you'll need to wake up early or go in the afternoon). The beach is stunning, with coves that are definitely worth seeing, the water is clean and free of rocks, and the sand is fine with a darker hue (It seems this has a history behind it, related to mining waste and human alteration of the environment, which makes this sand truly artificial, but even so, you can be there without any issues, frankly). To see it and enjoy its waters is simply spectacular, and at least during my last visit, it was completely clean and free of trash around or in the sand. It's an ideal stop for a pleasant day. Highly recommended.

🌅🧜🏄 An interesting beach on the Cartagena coastline, where traces of the washings from the La Unión mines, sulfur, black sands, and other unknown white residues can still be found... A lovely beach, although the mentioned aspects make it a bit unpleasant. Ideal for walking and enjoying the sea.
