Everything was great until most of the machines broke down; I mean, some of them barely worked. We had to leave because it happened too many times that we had to call them to fix things. But I’ll give you a good rating so you can take it into account and make the necessary repairs.

On the 5th, we celebrated my daughter's birthday, and honestly, everyone had a fantastic time. The ball pit was great, and the service for food and organization was incredible. We all enjoyed ourselves, even the adults who got the chance to play a game on the bowling lane. May, the manager, was a huge help during the event. I highly recommend it!

We were at Ilusiona in Espacio Mediterráneo and got a ticket to play bowling. Our number was 90. When we arrived, they were on 75, and after half an hour of waiting, they were still on 89. We positioned ourselves nearby to wait for our turn, as the next one should have been ours, but over 20 minutes passed and the number wasn't moving.

The staff here are amazing. We come every Monday to play bowling and enjoy the arcade games. My kids have a blast and always leave with some prizes from the points they earn. We've also celebrated birthdays here, and it never disappoints; they always have a great time.
