The space is great, but I have to say that the purchase on the website is very poorly designed. You can only choose one hour, and at no point does it warn you that if you want more time, you have to pay again. In other words, if you want an additional 30 minutes, making it 90 minutes total, you can't pay directly for 90 minutes. You have to pay for 60 first, and then 30, with their corresponding fees. They should at least warn you. Also, you stand in the same line whether you've paid online or come without a reservation. They don't help at all, they shift the blame, but the only solution is to pay from scratch. I hope they improve this. But I also have to say that I give a 10 to the girls at the cash register. Perfect, girls!

Disappointing experience and inflexible service. We went to X Jump Cartagena to celebrate my son's birthday, and the experience was very bad. Upon arriving with the guests, they did not allow the children to enter until the full amount was paid, even though we had already paid part of it in advance. My wife informed them that she would arrive in 10 minutes to complete the payment, but they showed no flexibility. I even had to leave the highway to make a transfer so they could pay right there. Additionally, at the end of the birthday, we were given vouchers that stated "valid until December 27." On the 27th, we showed up and were told that this date was not included, and that the last day was the 26th. After traveling from San Javier, they did not allow the child to enter. The issue was not the money, but the treatment and lack of consideration. I do not plan to return and I do not recommend it. Not even in a casino do they treat you like this. If it were possible, I would give it a 0.

Amazing. We came for a school visit with four-year-old students, and although we only used the Kids area, it was more than enough for them. The facilities are top-notch with a great variety of zones, games, slides, and balls. The staff were lovely to us. The little ones had a fantastic time and were very happy. We would love to come back and also try the Jump area, which looks really good. Just one suggestion for improvement: the restrooms.

We attended the birthday party of a friend of my daughter, and the experience was truly wonderful. The place is very well maintained, clean, and safe, and the children had a great time. I want to thank the entire team for their attention, especially Ana, who was attentive at all times and very polite with the kids. It's refreshing to meet such professionals who make you feel comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend it.

It's amazing! Spacious, comfortable, and air-conditioned, suitable for all ages. There's a children's area and one for adults. Good prices and they also celebrate birthdays. Just a few meters from CC Espacio Mediterráneo.

Had a ton of fun with my 4 yr old, both on the small kids zone and the jumping zone. Staff was attentive and helpful. A lot of things to do, will come again.

We took 3 boys here and they loved it! Lots of fun things for them to do. Unfortunately we didn't feel as welcome. The toilet facilities were dire. They smelled so bad, there was only one ladies toilet in use and the seat was broken. There was no soap even though I reported that to staff twice. The staff were clearly too busy and the wait to pay or ask for soap was long. It's worth a visit for the kids but please think of cleaning, repairing and equipping the very important bathroom facilities. This is an expensive experience and it's not too much to ask to have hygiene. You can do better.

Playground looks cool but for kids under 4 yo there is literally nothing to do except the pool with balls. Are they stupid?! So first of all what are you charging me for?! Secondly if there is no entertainment and you apply “safety regulations “ why on the first place you let kids under 4 going there?! Thirdly update your site information and write the truth there! Just wasted time and upset kid at the end.

always when we were here - there were no problems. The last time we were at a child's birthday party and asked if we could bring our cake, they said yes. We asked if we could bring our piñata, they said yes. In the end, on the day of the birthday, they said that the cake is not allowed, ok, not a problem than what you can offer us. empanadas, but this is not sweet and not a cake. ok, we solved the problem with the cake. We had already broken the piñata and workers started yelling at a pregnant woman that it is forbidden to break the piñata because there will be a lot of trash, and then they will have to clean up and while 5 people were telling the pregnant woman how bad she is, our friend took a dustpan and a broom and cleaned everything up and 5 workers left unhappy. And the birthday was a little ruined.
