I celebrated my little one's birthday there. The service was outstanding, and Mamen was incredibly attentive to each child's needs. I brought a child with several allergies, and she personally took care of finding and getting products so that this little girl could have the same fun as the others. I highly recommend it.

The size of the venue isn't bad, but it's a bit dated, which is noticeable in both the furniture and the ball pit. I'm giving it one star because the water in the bathrooms wasn't working on the day we rented it, so we couldn't flush or wash our hands with 16 children and more adults at the birthday party. When we mentioned it in the morning, they acted surprised, and by nightfall, it turned out they had already tried to fix it without success and had just left it to chance, basically saying, "You're on your own." Of course, I don't think that's right, since she charged us for fully functional facilities, so I don't recommend it.

We celebrated my daughter's ninth birthday, and it was an AMAZING SLEEPOVER PARTY!!! Everything was super personalized, with tons of workshops and constant entertainment. They didn't stop: from preparing their own dinner, to the disco, games and a treasure hunt, a t-shirt painting workshop, a skincare session, a movie... Everyone was thrilled, both the girls and the parents, who were blown away by everything they prepared and the incredibly attentive service from the owner. Many people made a note to celebrate future parties there. I recommend it 100%!!! We'll definitely be back!
