Birthday party, now run by the Giraffe with Glasses play center. Birthday party without parents, one monitor for 15-20 children. We had to help the children eat their snacks, and they wouldn't even let us use the spoons so they could reuse them. There was an accident with a girl who fell off a slide, and we parents had to go in from the cafeteria. The monitor was on her phone at the counter when her job is to encourage, supervise, and lead fun and educational activities in a children's play and entertainment space. When we complained to the manager, she was very rude, saying that the girl could fall anywhere (which we already know), but since she fell there, the responsibility lies with the establishment at that moment. We lost something to give her a handjob, and her response was that they didn't have a first-aid kit, so we applied ice. Given this situation, I have no choice but to tell the story, as I don't want to imagine what would have happened if the accident had been worse. To run a place like this, you have to have everything in order from the very beginning, and above all, you need to be polite, have good manners, and treat customers well. It's a shame that places meant for children to have fun have to deal with these kinds of situations.

The usual for a ball park. Quite spacious, very new, with good restrooms, etc. I also like that to leave the facility, children have to go past the parents' area, so it's easier to keep an eye on them.

The venue is great. It has a bar with a coffee machine and a sort of kitchenette near the entrance for preparing your own food, a large entrance hall, a very spacious room, and a huge ball pit with everything you could need. The place is huge and has everything you need for a children's birthday party. Highly recommended.

They have refrigerated storage for drinks, and there's always a supervisor in the play area to look after the little ones. They also often offer face painting for children who want it, for added fun.
