We had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy in Altea. Marga and Carmen were incredibly kind and helpful. I was there with my parents, and I truly felt they were in good hands and received excellent advice. We also urgently needed a document printed, and they assisted us without hesitation. On top of that, they answered all our questions with impressive knowledge and care. As visitors to Altea, this made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return here next time we are in town!

In this pharmacy, they lie to make you pay a higher price for medication. Generic 400mg ibuprofen can be purchased without a prescription; however, the pharmacist tried to convince us that without a prescription, all medications had to be brand-name and more expensive. It's a scam.

We encountered an unexpected issue during our vacation, and this pharmacy was a true lifesaver. They rented us a wheelchair without any problems, with exceptional kindness and attention. The girls who assisted us were lovely, always smiling and willing to help. What stands out the most is that they even took the trouble to open outside of regular hours so we could return the wheelchair before leaving, something we truly appreciated. Thanks to their willingness and proximity, we were able to continue our vacation with peace of mind. A thousand thanks for everything! I wish more places offered this level of humanity and professionalism.

I went to this Pharmacy while on holiday in February to ask for some help and advice because my daughter was constipated. I was offered something called MeliLax Pediatric and told by the Pharmacist to put it in my daughters milk or juice. It turns out that it is an Enema and not for oral use!! We didn't use it at the time because things started moving again but we have used it this week and my daughter has not been very well because of this. I took the pharmacists advice because the instructions were in Spanish and I couldn't understand them. Do not take any advice from this Pharmacy, it could be dangerous.
