We recently visited with our 6-year-old son. Our initial phone call was extremely friendly, empathetic, and understanding, quickly putting our minds at ease. We were able to get the earliest available appointment. The doctor was very kind and patient with children throughout the entire treatment. We also stayed in touch with the practice by phone the week after the procedure, and they regularly checked in on his recovery. The practice is truly excellent, and we highly recommend it.

A wonderfully friendly practice. We received quick and competent help even outside of opening hours. We tried to reach the practice by phone and were called back after the consultation hours. The doctor then waited an extra half hour until we arrived so she could treat our son that same day. We received excellent advice, and the doctor was incredibly empathetic towards our anxious son. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice without hesitation.

I went to the practice with my grandmother and met both Dr. Kleij and the substitute doctor. (Unfortunately, I've forgotten his name.) Everything was impeccably organized. Preliminary examinations, paperwork—everything was top-notch. They were always available on the phone. On the day of the surgery, you received excellent care the entire time; you were never alone, and help was always available. They also took their time with the follow-up care. Prescriptions could be picked up immediately at the pharmacy around the corner. The practice was often busy, but appointment times were kept with typical German thoroughness. :-) I had looked at two different doctors and, in retrospect, I made the right decision!
