A very well-maintained park. An oasis of peace with paradise birds. A stroll through the world's palm trees. Tropical plants, a wide variety of cacti, and water features create an enveloping atmosphere where you can linger. And we entered thinking we would see everything in five minutes.

Going to Elche and not visiting this place should be prohibited. First of all, it’s worth mentioning that it’s a location with easy parking; the road is usually busy, but there’s a nearby parking lot. I’m one of those who prefer to play it safe, so I park and forget about the rest. As soon as you arrive, you can buy your ticket at the booth for €6.5, which is a reasonable price that you will enjoy. Once you enter, you can start to see the number of trees present, which is simply beautiful. You begin to stroll, and time passes without you even noticing. The "water" area is a fantastic spot to sit, listen to nature, enjoy the snack you brought, and take everything in. Overall, it’s a very pleasant feeling to be there. I stumbled upon this place by chance, and it has been an incredible discovery.

A very beautiful garden that’s truly worth visiting to feel connected with nature. The garden is full of various palms and cacti, and you can also see lovely ducks and peacocks. As you stroll along the paths, you may meet peacocks leisurely wandering around — including a rare and striking white peacock 🩷

A truly beautiful and peaceful place. Huerto del Cura has an impressive variety of palm trees, cacti, and many other plant species, all very well maintained. Seeing the peacocks walking freely around the garden was an unexpected and magical touch — absolutely stunning birds. Even though it’s probably even more spectacular during peak blooming season, visiting outside of full bloom was still a wonderful experience. A must-see if you enjoy nature, gardens, and a calm, inspiring atmosphere.

A very well-known palm park in the Alicante region and in the city of Elche. It's very pleasant for a stroll on a sunny day; we went with children. The downside is that the paths have small stones, making it not very suitable for strollers. The entrance fee is 6-7 € per person. The park itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but it is essentially just a palm park.

A beautiful place, lovingly maintained with passion for generations. It's worth visiting and contributing to its upkeep. The audio guide is designed to share interesting information without being too cumbersome, allowing for a smooth and educational visit. Next to it is the restaurant of Huerto del Cura, located in the same hotel across the road, making it a romantic half-day excursion.

If you go to Elche, you must visit the Jardín del Huerto del Cura. It’s a special place that I fell in love with at first sight. Everything here is designed for you to truly relax, with every cell in your body. In this garden, all the senses awaken at once: the eyes enjoy the vibrant colors and flowers, while the nose captures sweet aromas floating in the air. You even feel the urge to touch the plants to feel the textures: from the spiky and curious cacti to the soft and velvety leaves. And around you, a constant natural music plays: the birds singing and the soothing murmur of water. The garden's greatest pride is the legendary Palmera Imperial. It’s impressive! It looks like a huge living chandelier. Imagine: seven powerful arms grow from a single trunk. They say that the very Empress Sissi was amazed when she saw it, and I completely understand her, because it’s an unforgettable sight. And of course, the peacocks! They feel like the masters of the place: they stroll elegantly along the paths, display their spectacular tails, and aren’t afraid of people. When you see all this beauty — the peacocks, the exotic plants, and the reflections of the sun on the water — you are filled with an incredible peace and joy. It’s an atmosphere that must be felt and seen with your own eyes. You leave there with a backpack full of positive emotions that accompany you for a long time.

Wasn't sure what we expected but this is a delightful. Botanical garden. Palms, cacti, & succulents from around the world. There are water features that are well thought out and done. Very clean. The Imperial Palm is amazing! There is a free audiovisual service via your mobile phone. Well worth the visit.

What a beautiful botanic garden set in the middle of Elche. All the specimen plants and trees were very well labelled. Admission is about 5 euros with a slight discount for pensioners. The only negative is the availability of parking resulting in circling the narrow streets of Elche several times. There is a large underground parking about 300 mtrs away but there is a hotel with the same name much closer that would b much closer
