Beautiful view of the harbor of Cartagena. The city of Cartagena has a city wall and defensive fortifications around the harbor. Two forts, "Las Galeras" and "San Julian," located on rocky hills, guard the city. The 11th-century "Castillo de la Concepción" stands 70 meters above the harbor.
