During a stay in Cartagena, I had to take my pet to Cruz Azul, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. The team was very professional, empathetic, and friendly, calmly explaining each step and instilling a great sense of security. Their experience and sound clinical judgment are evident, something that is especially appreciated when you're away from home. The treatment was excellent, both for my pet and for me.
