Great veterinarian, our dog was treated without an appointment

It's been a while since our beloved companion passed away. We took her in over a year ago because she was disoriented, and after several tests and analyses, they gave us a diagnosis and a treatment plan. A few months later, seeing that she wasn't improving, we started all over again: more tests and a change in medication, but the diagnosis remained the same. We spent a week going back and forth until she finally passed away that night at home. I'm not saying they're bad veterinarians or that they're kind, but in our case, they didn't get it right and subjected us to many tests without finding the solution.

I took my Dachshund to the hospital last night, very worried because she had a kind of cough and was constantly vomiting foam, and the treatment was incredible. Rafa treated me and was extremely concerned about my dog. Today, Rodolfo is doing better. We didn't leave until the medication took effect and the symptoms lessened. Thank you so much for your professionalism and compassion.

We took our kitten to the emergency vet because she was in critical condition. Rafael saved her and followed up with her closely for the next week. He's a true professional, attentive, and kind. We recommend him 100%. Thanks to him, our kitten is safe and sound. The service was excellent and affordable, and he was always upfront with us.

Initially, I entrusted my puppy to their care when he was just a little one, and everything went well back then. There was only Rafa, an outstanding veterinarian and a genuinely good person. We got him microchipped and vaccinated during that time. For a while, we didn't receive any SMS reminders about the need for deworming or vaccinations, but we continued to trust them. I noticed that Rafa was no longer there, and a girl started attending to us instead. This March, we needed assistance because my puppy was unwell. I never saw Rafa again; now there’s a girl whose service leaves much to be desired. They put a muzzle on him unnecessarily and didn’t show much interest in his symptoms or in us. Ultimately, we decided to switch to another veterinary clinic because he was still not doing well. At the new place, they treated us wonderfully; they didn’t put a muzzle on him since he’s a calm dog, and they examined him thoroughly. They offered solutions and figured out what was wrong. Honestly, the treatment and service have changed a lot over time. My puppy is now four years old, and although Rafa was a wonderful person, I had to stop going there because it’s just not the same without him. It’s a shame that the veterinarian we’ve always relied on is no longer there and that the quality of care has declined. I hope this feedback helps them improve.
