I live nearby, and there are certain things that I find quite shocking. Before, as far as I can remember, people would ring the bell and be admitted; I even understand there's a waiting room. However, lately, I've seen people ringing repeatedly and the door won't be opened, even though there's clearly activity inside. What outraged me most was seeing a woman with a small child waiting outside in the rain because they weren't even able to let them in for shelter. I've also heard people discuss the sessions with patients—especially the children's parents—in the open street and in loud voices, which is a clear violation of the right to privacy. I see many reviews praising the professionals, and I don't doubt their competence, but in this case, I think they demonstrate a worrying lack of humanity and empathy.

I'm really happy with Daniela's Pilates classes. I've been coming since September 2022, and Daniela puts in so much effort that there are always new exercises; she's very creative. In general, everyone at the clinic is very friendly and competent. 🧘😻🪂

A great team of professionals with excellent personal service prioritizes the patient's well-being and adapts to their needs. The duration of treatment is not focused on the center's profit, but rather on each person's individual needs. I had a muscle spasm, called, explained my situation, and they gave me an appointment as soon as possible. I left the EMAE center feeling good, but the next day I followed the physiotherapist's instructions and felt much better. Thank you so much for the attention and kindness shown to me.

Highly RECOMMENDED. Both the owners, Esmeralda and Esperanza, and Mari Carmen, the receptionist, are lovely. In my case, I went to the physiotherapist, Daniela, who is a delight. I went because I thought I had a muscle spasm, and she not only relieved my back pain but also noticed a bite on my back, which was ultimately key to detecting the shingles I had in time. In short, I am very grateful for my experience there and... without a doubt... I RECOMMEND it to everyone.

We took our youngest son to María, the speech therapist, and we were delighted. In just a few sessions, we saw progress in his speech, and the boy was extremely happy because she is extremely caring and worked very well with him. I highly recommend her.
