I want to applaud the great professionals working at this clinic. I went to request a filling for a tooth, and they kindly took an X-ray to examine my mouth. They then informed me that unfortunately, they could not just do a filling, as the doctor wanted to conduct a complete diagnosis and provide me with a quote. When I declined this offer, it was no surprise that they refused to do the filling. Kudos for the ethics and professionalism of the clinic's staff. This is my second visit, and my second disappointment. The classism lurking beneath the surface of this clinic is apparent. So, for those who do not have 5,000 euros for any dental procedure, I recommend seeking another clinic, as the only help you will receive will be the most polite apology you've ever received. On the other hand, I cannot deny the kindness of the woman who attended to us.

I've been waiting three months for my orthodontist appointment. First, they kept giving me the runaround, saying they couldn't see me on the days I requested, that she only came on Fridays. I called to schedule a Friday appointment, but there were no openings. Today I called, and it turns out they don't have an orthodontist because both of their dentists left, and I'm furious about my mouth! The woman on the phone was incredibly stressed and didn't know where to hide! I feel sorry for her; everyone has their job. But I'm paying for this treatment for nothing because I'm suffering terribly. And on top of that, it's not cheap. It's shameful because I'm paying for such awful treatment. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CALL BY MONDAY TO SEE ME, I WILL TAKE OTHER MEASURES.

I'm very happy with the service I received at Vitaldent. I had Invisalign fitted and the experience has been excellent. All the staff are very friendly, approachable, and professional. They explained each step to me with great patience and clarity. I'm delighted with the result and highly recommend them.
