We want to thank you for how you took care of Chloe during the past week. We came in on Wednesday with our very sad and not eating dog. She was quickly diagnosed with gastroenteritis, and since then the entire team at the Veterinary Center has been incredibly attentive. Even during the days of hospitalization, we were allowed to see the dog whenever we wanted. They never put up any barriers. Over the weekend, she had to stay in, and the clinic called us twice a day to update us on Chloe's progress. You can feel the affection and professionalism with which you work. The treatment was great, both for her and for us. A thousand thanks for everything! 🐾🐕❤️

Four years ago, there was this veterinarian named Rafa... I don't know if he's still around, but they killed a cat I brought in just for a neutering. First, they told me the cat was underweight; if you're a professional, you weigh the cat and then tell me it's a genetic defect. In the end, my cat died, and they are still practicing... Karma exists... That's all I have to say.

I give it one star because I can't give less. We went yesterday morning to leave a kitten that had passed away that same morning. Broken with grief, we brought it wrapped in a blanket, and when it was time to hand it over, the girl did so with such little tact that it felt like she was picking up a GARBAGE BAG. She showed no compassion at all; on the contrary, she looked at us as if we were being dramatic for being devastated by this loss. She took the blanket without looking us in the face, folded it as if there was nothing inside, and after 30 seconds, handed it back to us as if nothing had happened. I understand that in a veterinary clinic, pets die every day, but that does NOT JUSTIFY losing tact with the OWNERS of pets who have loved and pampered them so much. In this life, we need to be more HUMAN, to have TACT and EMPATHY for people who are going through a tough time due to a loss, and I believe veterinarians should know this firsthand.

We had an emergency with our little dog while we were on vacation in Cartagena. From the very first moment, they treated us with great professionalism and care. Even though we didn't know them, the way they treated us made us feel comfortable leaving her in their hands, ultimately saving her life. She was successfully operated on and today she is fully recovered. The recovery went very well, and they were very attentive to her. We are very grateful, without a doubt a great trustworthy team that we highly recommend.

We came with 3 cats and 2 small dogs from norden. They have their passport and rabies vaccine buth here they needed 2 more for heartworm and leches something agenst bites. 250e for the hole deal and we now have a veterinarian that knows our animals. English level Good.
