COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. We rented two double kayaks for an hour and upon arrival, no one was willing to give us any explanations as promised over the phone. They hurriedly helped us get on but left us completely without any guidance, showing only interest in collecting payment as soon as we arrived. Furthermore, when we reached the point to return the kayaks, there was no one to help us down from the platform or to put the kayaks back in their place. While we were trying to do it ourselves, one of us was seriously stung by a Portuguese man o' war on the leg and ended up in the emergency room. The area where the jellyfish was should have been secured, especially knowing they wouldn't be there to assist you at any moment. Additionally, they showed no interest in helping in that situation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it was disastrous.

We had a fantastic kayaking trip along the coast. The guide was very attentive and provided us with plenty of details, plus he took us to spots for snorkeling where we could see fish, which the kids absolutely loved. We had a wonderful day, giving a perfect score to the whole team!

I had an incredible experience with trainers Alex and Antonia. They were both exceptional in their respective activities. Alex's guidance during kayaking was excellent, and Antonia's expertise in paddle surfing was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the sessions enjoyable and safe. I highly recommend both trainers for anyone looking to have a fantastic time on the water.

We went to La Bocana to try SUP. In the end we came to them almost every day to either SUP or kayak. Very nice, both english and spanish speaking people. Perfect service. We will definitely be back!! Continue the good work La Bocana!!
