I give one star because I can't give none, they are shameless. First, they tell us that the new company, just because it is new, takes over the clients of the company called En Línea. Now, after treating me for six months, they call me and say they are not responsible for my treatment because they have been warned. Excuse me? But I have a paid treatment and I didn't spend 50 €, I spent almost 4000 €. Besides, I have my whole mouth full of attachments and two micro-screws that I've had for two years, and they leave me with nothing. But of course, I will file a complaint and claim what is rightfully mine.

I paid for my orthodontics, apparently like most of the bad reviews. They've been treating me and giving me aligners, and then they called me saying they won't continue my orthodontic treatment unless I keep paying for my checkups with them, because I paid when the company was under the other name. They've been seeing all the patients with the excuse that when they enter our names, everything we've had done with Invisalign comes up, but how do they have our names if they're not supposed to be doing our treatment? The woman—I'd rather not describe her—needs to take classes in customer service and etiquette. They refuse to give me my treatment contract, which I signed with the company that was under a different name, even though it's their responsibility and I can report them if they don't. They haven't even responded to me, but when they said they won't continue my orthodontic follow-up, they told me the reason was that I haven't paid them anything; I paid the other company. They know it's illegal, but they want to get away with it.

After investing €5,000 in my Invisalign treatment with Oral Studios, I find myself with an unfinished treatment and the screws still in place. From day one, they assured me I shouldn't worry about anything, that I was in the final phase, and that they would complete the entire process, including retainers and whitening, even if they had to cover the final steps themselves. That was the reassurance they gave me from the start. Now they've called to tell me they can't do anything because my Invisalign treatment time has expired and that if I want to finish the process, I must accept a new quote. After taking out a loan to pay for the entire treatment, I find this situation very disappointing and unprofessional. As a patient, I feel uninformed and unprotected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I'm not giving it one star because I can't. What a bunch of shameless scammers! I signed up for the Invisa treatment in June, and it's now February and they haven't refunded my money or fitted the device. I'm still asking them, and they tell me to show some courtesy, even though I spoke to them this morning and they didn't bother to answer because they're not interested in the issue. The shameless woman even wrote to me in all caps. The employees certainly don't have a shred of courtesy. They tell me that Oralstudio and Enlinea aren't the same company, when I know firsthand that they were transferred to the new company. I told them that I went there in October to sign a paper for my refund, so it makes no sense that one company has nothing to do with the other. Trusting that they would refund my money, they didn't give me a copy, and now I'm asking for it and they refuse to give it to me. So I hope they close down, just like the other scammers have. Terrible service, terrible customer service, and terrible problem-solving—they block you when it doesn't suit them.

Incredible lack of respect for the customer! They let a woman in front of me, even though her appointment was later than mine, without asking permission. I felt completely ignored. I got up and confronted the manager, who apologized, but the damage was already done. I left and didn't finish the procedure. They lost over 8,000 euros! I hope this serves as a lesson to them to avoid disrespecting other customers. They've lost me as a customer!
