On Thursday I went and asked for formula for my baby. The woman who took my prescription told me it would take more than four days, even though the pediatrician had told me they usually prepare it overnight. I told her I needed it, and she said there was nothing else she could do. Well, after four days, they called me yesterday, Sunday, saying they hadn't noticed they had an email from the lab saying the prescription was wrong… That's the kind of customer service they offer! This morning I went back to get the pediatrician to prescribe it again. I went to another pharmacy, and this afternoon I got the formula… So, four days is a no-go… You should have a little more empathy and not play games with your customers. I certainly won't be back.

The service at this pharmacy is very poor. In particular, the blonde employee with curly hair and the blonde with glasses displayed an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, despite being technicians and not licensed pharmacists. Instead of offering friendly and approachable service, they respond with disdain, which is very unpleasant for customers. Furthermore, the prices are higher than expected for the pharmacy's location. It's an unsatisfactory experience that they should urgently improve.

Excellent service, friendly and pleasant staff. Whenever I need help with what to take for colds, flu, etc., or advice on creams or exfoliants, they do their best with quality products.

PERFECT TREATMENT FROM ALL THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY MARTA, WHO EVERY TIME I GO, SHE ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS AND HELPS ME A LOT. SHE IS A VERY KIND, BEAUTIFUL, CARING GIRL AND ABOVE ALL, A VERY GOOD EMPLOYEE. OF COURSE, SINCE SHE SERVED ME THE FIRST TIME, I HAVE NOT STOPPED GOING, SINCE I REALLY LIKED HER ATTENTION AND HER DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
