I had eye surgery at Ircovisión Cartagena and the experience was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The operation was quick and the recovery was uneventful. I'm very happy with the result.

A very good experience. They guided us through the entire process, answering all our questions. They helped us with everything we needed. The procedure was a year ago, and the results have been outstanding. We found out about them through social media, and we couldn't have been luckier.

I was very happy with the service from the woman who was renewing my driver's license; she was very kind and pleasant. The only downside I noticed was the waiting time. There were a lot of people (all with appointments), but it felt like there were more people than they could possibly handle in a timely manner.

My experience was terrible. I booked an appointment because I want to have eye surgery (myopia) and wanted some information. They canceled my appointment a week later. The day of the appointment was awful. The woman who performed one of the tests (the one where you blow into your eye) had to repeat it because she didn't save the results. She gave me the eye drops to dilate my pupils in the waiting room instead of in an examination room. They didn't explain anything at all, neither how each test works, nor the guidelines before and after surgery… absolutely nothing. The blonde receptionist told me, "It says so here on the paperwork," when I asked her any questions. They charged me €60 for the initial consultation, and when I called to book the appointment, they never mentioned that it cost that much (and I did ask).

I made an appointment, they gave me one a week later, and at the same time they called me to cancel it, saying the doctor hadn't shown up, without any explanation. No one attended to me, and they didn't offer me any kind of solution other than to give me another appointment a week later, having a medical emergency that they ultimately didn't attend to. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it any less.
