TERRIBLE VET. A young woman saw me; I don't know if she was a trainee, but she charged me €20 for just 3 minutes to look at a lump on my dog ​​and diagnose him with only one testicle protruding. She said the lump was actually a tumor in that testicle and that nothing could be done because he was older and the only solution was surgery. Since I wasn't convinced by this diagnosis, and she didn't perform any tests as if she were some kind of guru (3 minutes!), I took him to another vet who, indeed, made the wrong diagnosis. The first and most shocking thing is that both testicles are protruding. What kind of examination did she do? It turns out to be a hernia. Girl, go study or get some practice, but don't charge for such terrible service. I certainly do NOT recommend her AT ALL. I'm giving one star because I can't give less.

My sister-in-law took her very young kitten to be spayed, and just a few hours after dropping her off, they called to say she had died during sedation. On top of this terrible tragedy and how awful the owners are feeling, the clinic hasn't taken any responsibility and has charged her for all the cremation expenses. It's all very wrong.

It pains me greatly to write this review as it is a very recent matter... Three days ago, I took my 8-month-old cat in for sterilization; she was HEALTHY and full of life. Four hours after leaving her at the clinic, I received a call saying they had a serious problem with her, a cardiac arrest right during sedation, and they couldn’t even anesthetize her. After researching and asking other professionals, I must say that this happened to my cat due to an ERROR on their part. They deny this and only claim it was a pathological anomaly, which they should have known (if it were true) since they had previously conducted all her pre-operative tests as should be done for any living being undergoing surgery. I had been taking my animals there for 7 years, and since that day, they broke my heart, and I will NEVER return because I no longer have any trust in them. I just hope this tragedy doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I have no words to thank that team of extraordinary women who saved my dog's life from a uterine infection. My dog ​​is 14 years old and is doing very well now. I took her in on a Saturday morning, and by midday they were performing emergency surgery on her. They are fantastic and highly professional.
